As the title suggest, if by chance slot games disappeared tomorrow, which do you think will replace it and why?

For me I think I will go with live dealer games such as baccarat or black jack or maybe roulette.

But I could also see that sports betting might take over, as we all know that there are really big sporting events all throughout the calendar year like Football and NBA or basketball. So there is a big possibility that it will take over and casinos still going to survived without slot games.

Slot should be one of the most popular casino game which I don't believe will disappear anytime. But should that happen, I think the closest game is roulette. Roulette may not completely replace slot but they gave the same sensation especially with the sound system. There are are other custom games that are casino specifics that can also replace slot, I think casinos will go that direction.

Even with how gambling and betting is today, sport betting can still be used to compare casinos in general, as there are many people that are gambling in casinos separately, there are also many people that are using sport to bet even as there are slots today. Casinos and bookies are comparable today.

Since this is a theoretically scenario only then maybe poker? But I doubt among all the casino games, I think this has the biggest number and huge units among the rest. Even in casino the machines are all slot machines even more than typical games. So I still doubt it will be gone. But if choosing the replacement will go with poker for sure.

This is a dream that might be difficult to happens  , as slots have become a rapidly growing form of gambling in recent years.
However, if they were to disappear, I think the lottery and crash game would be the next to replace, as it has a system similar to slots. For me, a crash game will become more popular if slots player doesn't have a slots game anymore. Every gambling game has it's own fans. It slots disappear, the slots players would just move to dice, crash, baccarat, poker, blackjack, roulette or whatever gambling game they want to play. I don't share the view that every gambler has his favorite game and he sticks to that particular game. Gamblers often switch games and try new ones. Sports betting is a different category of gambling and I can assume that many gamblers, who play traditional casino games also bet money on sports events. There's no "this or that" situation. I don't know why many people  thinks that there's a competition between traditional casino gambling and sports betting. There's no competition, there's coexistence. Most gambling companies own both casinos and sportsbooks.

I'm not surprised by the result. As a Crash Games player, it's one of the most exciting games in casinos; in fact, there are dedicated sites for the Crash game, so if players lose interest in slots, it's unlikely to happen. Crash game will likely replace slots as the next popular game.

If slots disappear tomorrow, I will switch to sports betting. But sometimes will play live dealer games because these games make me curious. Roulette is also fun so that could be my choice too.

Sports betting has a good chance of replacing slots, as attention has grown significantly. So many events may be launched in the future to attract more gamblers. Many young potential athletes attract attention and spark curiosity about how well they perform.

Poker will be the next in traditional sense, but games like Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette are common than Poker in crypto casinos. If it is fiat gambling sites, yes I will go for poker, but if it is crypto casinos, I think Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette will be more common. Many people are even saying that poker in crypto casinos are not the real poker that are most commonly played.

Slots are a 24/7 type of game, so if anything could replace them, it would definitely be another casino game.

I think when slots disappear tomorrow, it will be Crash and Aviator games that will go big. There, you could get high multipliers if you have the courage to wait and take the high risk of waiting for it to almost crash. Although it is unknown, I believe there's a pattern in when it could happen. Or, we could just automate the cash out and wait for it to be reached.

Sports betting does have as much crowd as anyone can ever imagine, sports is a regular activitie and even on a daily, many more people join the train which all way leads to betting, that why I'm convinced that sports even even more gambled on than slots, but if that's inaccurate, I still believe that when slot disappears, sports betting will replace it, while live dealer and crash could have the same equilibrium. There's so much play on crash in different  casinos and when you are measuring this comparisons, you don't site from one casino but generally all existing casinos.

Dice game and other house games was very popular before the introduction of slot games and coexists with sports betting before. I believe another pure luck based games that has the ability to give quick result is the only games that can replace slot games.

Slot games dominate house games because it offers both quick result and jackpot with good game graphics.

I doubt live dealer can be more popular for players that seek quick games.

If theoretically slots disappear today, the game that would be a good alternative, for me, would be Plinko.  It does have some similarities with a slot machine, such as randomness, even though they have different mechanics, but the randomness is present in both games.  They also give excitement since both needs engagement that produced excitement.

Aside from Plinko, I also thought of a crash-style game like Aviators.

Easy to play, easy to understand, you can bet very simply on even and odd numbers or on colors, and if you want to take more risks, it's possible

To this day, I still prefer sports betting. I also enjoy Poker, Roulette, and others. However, Slots are one of the games I play the least. Although they once made me addicted and I thoroughly enjoyed them in the past, I ultimately prefer sports betting. Since I also have a strong interest in sports, betting on certain matches like Soccer sometimes feels relatively straightforward. Winning 8 out of 10 bets in sports events doesn’t seem too challenging. Although we should choose odds that make sense and only bet on teams we truly know have an advantage over their opponents. So if Slots were to suddenly disappear, I feel that types of games like sports betting and Poker would become more popular. And sports betting would undoubtedly receive the most attention.

Those in the poll are games that already exist, so the question is kinda wrong. Your question should be directed to you or individual gamblers. People who constantly play slots or consider slots their favorite - if slots suddenly disappear tomorrow, then we choose what will replace it.

For me, assuming slots is my favorite, I think sportsbook would replace it since I’m familiar with it. I already do it regularly and I’m a bit ambitious, hoping for a win like how some pros actually make it profitable as their job, so i have many reason to choose it.

Of the available options I think only crash has the potential to be a replacement but also realistically speaking it's not that valuable of a game for casinos because of the low house edge that it's been established with in the industry. Slots can often have a house edge of 4% or over so they're much more profitable.

Cryptocurrency gambling used to be a lot about low house edge but apparently slots are being promoted heavily by casinos given their high lrofitsvility. So I think if slots are gone another highly animated but still high house edge will replace them and be marketed in their place.

in some part of our world, there are people that do not know a thing about slot because all their time, all they have bee exposed to has been sports betting and nothing more. from that region, it will only be a big deal that sports betting goes out and they have to think of a potential alternative to run to in the absent of sports betting. even in that case scenario, people will always survive because in all honesty, there is nothing that can happen to a particular sector of the world that people will not move on so easily. it might take a little time for people to adapt into a different kind of game but afterwards, they will eventually adapt and it will be a thing of the past that slot game ever existed in the first place.

These other crash or house edge games are less interesting, because there are no visuals as good as slots, but I would choose sports betting where they switch to, we know sportsbooks are more people betting throughout the year.
