What will happen if bitcoin block rewards dropped to zero tomorrow ?
The tomorrow is not near because Bitcoin block rewards have two parts: block subsidy and transaction fees. Block subsidy halves every 210,000 blocks and it only becomes 0 bitcoins, 0 satoshi in 2140 after all 20.999M bitcoins mined from Bitcoin blocks.

Thanks for the information. Now I can sleep peacefully.

If block rewards suddenly dropped to zero, most miners would stop working since they wouldn’t earn enough from just transaction fees. People might lose trust  and the price of Bitcoin could drop fast. The system isn’t ready for this yet that’s why rewards are meant to decrease slowly over time not at once.

What will happen if bitcoin block rewards dropped to zero tomorrow ?
This is inevitable, but it will only take a long time before it happens. It is estimated to be over a century (2140). Before then, the miners would have been feeling it, just as many are complaining now, the reward will continue to reduce, and it will reach the level that it will be infinitesimally little to be encouraged. Eventually, when all the blocks are mined, the reward is set to zero.

But don't forget that Bitcoin will forever reward the miners. They will be helping in transaction processing and will be earning fees forever through it.
