What It means trade? If you have a specific expertise on trading or you have a specific insight in the market... Of course this can be a real and profitable job! The whole Word has been based on trading... Doing this on a laptop or a river boat doesn't change nothing.at least on One thing...you have a basic knowledge/advantage...

I agree with you, perhaps it's better to look for something else within the concept of a primary job or primary income than trading. In my opinion, trading should be considered a supplementary income, and even if you can consistently generate profits, don't even consider leaving your primary job (if you have one).

The fear is losing self-control when trading becomes your sole source of income. Not only will you lose your capital, but it can also cause stress because your predictions don't go as expected.

True, actually not matter how many strategy adopting in trading when getting stuck market dip more longer time make us get stuck earn profit and must looking for new alternative how to earn money. Its important way before take decision to make trading full time job have much saving fund and have well money management when trading not fully all out to entry. Keep spent left around 40% capital if market get stuck and our previous order have waiting longer time market recovery we still have fund left to entry at lower price then get consistent to earn profitable.
 
Firstly important about saving fund already allocated to back up our daily needed maybe for several months later, if make trading full time job when one week without earn profit we have option using saving fund allocate for daily day needed. Many trader already make trading as full time job I think most of them already have much saving money and not get difficult position when market not promising yet with investment assets have to hold for longer time.

As I have said earlier, people are doing it in good effects, because they are not taking it as their only source of income, because depending on only it for survival will do you more of harm than good, since it will make you to trade unnecessarily. And sometimes since you are in serious need of money, you may took a trade you are never going to take on a normal day because you need money badly that particular moment, and that single actions can cost you a lot of money. So tradings as a full time job is not bad if you are not taking it as your only source of income.

I know people who have done it/are doing it. One thing I have noticed is that they usually never just use trading as their only source of income. They usually also find bounties or airdrops and they also have businesses they manage alongside trading. Even though trading is their primary focus.

Trading is not consistent because markets are volatile and you have to accept that. You may earn $5000 this week and earn less than that the next. It also depends a lot on your capital. Just remember that trading has its risks and you can’t expect a specific consistent outcome like $5000 weekly.

It's beyond your control. The only feasible alternative here is to try predicting the market on bigger time intervals, such as every few years, like we have been doing towards Bitcoin bullish and bearish cycles.

That's because your friends don't work at Proprietary trading firms. Thus, their main job is not related to cryptocurrency trading and they do it in their free time. Accordingly, the entire profit received is considered as additional to the basic income.

You can at most make it a side hustle and find a job or business that can provide a stable income. This way, you can still trade without risking your entire finances on trading which is full of uncertainty.

In some cases, I don't think taking trading as a full term job is recommended because of the risk it can cause for  people that are looking at concentrating on trading when they have not being an history profitable traders that can be on a winning streak for months or years. It can be advisable not to advise people to trade and at the same time, see it as a full term job. Trading supposed to be a part term job or something you do to earn some profits while you still have your regular jobs you are doing and getting paid for it.

Tbh aiming for $5k weekly as a minimum is already a red flag. That kind of pressure pushes people into overtrading and overleveraging. Futures especially will wipe you fast if capital isn’t protected. Many who say they trade full time also had other income or savings backing them.

Honestly, I don't think I would do this. Income in trading alone is unstable. Not everyday is a good day, there will be bad days. You won't always hit your target, there could be negative days/weeks. And there are worse scenarios.

Best to incorporate it to a series of streams of income. In order to make sure you'd still be able to put food on the table if things go south. Things are more rough for peeps who are supporting a family too.

This is something that a lot of people wouldn't agree with, they believe too much in their trading strategies and they think that it is always going to be possible to make money from it. it is possible to make profit in the long run but relying on it to make a constant source of income isn't really smart. Trading can be very profitable but there's nothing like having a real job that you are always sure of getting your income from

Remember, trading isn't always profitable, so it's still necessary to open or run another business that can help them cope with the hardships of occasional or unexpected trading losses. Definitely this is possible earning something profitable once in a while, you don’t get to predict a certain amount monthly like it’s a real job. You just have to build yourself to a certain level, knowledge is important and it takes time to start earning possibly if there’s a steady cash flow then trading becomes more fun but in order to get a good cash flow first working is required, I wonder how people who trade as a full time job cope with other financial problem because nothing is guarantee.
