I tried 3miners.org's miner, but its speed is amazing. 50 MH/s with an RTX 5090.

Sure. Just try and see the best results at the pool.
Power consumption is so important.
Set proper PL

I dont advise no limit to get the highest hashrate because the connectors will be a problem.

This miner has idle-time. I use it for me. You get full Neptune hashrate as promised at the video.
I am active at poolhub Discord. No ban. There is informations about idle-time at the youtube video details and the github read me page.
Of course, the codes are open-source. Anyone can edit idle-time. No restrictions.
You dont have to use this miner if you dont like it. You can use this miner as it is. You can remove anything at the code.
Someone like you dont want to pay devfee, so just remove the idle-time command line or dont use it.
I also use this miner on my all NVIDIA rigs. And i m helping to anyone has a problem anything about it including removing the idle-time or changing it.
Just check my Discord. Poolhub Discord suspended my username for q while. I already sent my answer to poolhub about idle-time. They activate my account after my explanation.

I connect the rigs, installing the latest HiveOS release, updating GPU drivers, installing miner, setting overclock settings for free if anyone has a problem about running miner.
I can see how many miners running, with idle-time and without idle-time. And it s allowed using idle-time as anyone wish. No restrictions.
Just edit gpu file for idle-time. it is not a secret.
My HiveOS wrapper (miner itself) has a watchdog: restart the miner or restart pool connection if any problem detects.
