You would have ensure that the link you gave as a reference is intact before posting, but never-the-less Bitcoin remain unpredictable, we all can only speculate or share our thoughts on how we feel the price might be at a giving point in time but nothing is too sure. However Bitcoin still hold much in stock for us their is no need to panic yet because their is still lot of time to come.

This is their personal opinion that I don't expect you to use in making investment decision. You call them expert which I don't argue but always have in mind that Bitcoin have a way of making the experts appear stupid.
