Sarebbe interessante (penso), avere un sistema di zoccoli con relativa board, in cui si potessero montare le ati che vengono installate sui notebook...

Non credo sia una strada percorribile, le VGA dei notebook sono (a parità di potenza), più costose e più critiche da raffreddare rispetto alla controparte da desktop.
Magari potrebbe avere un suo perchè se si volesse fare qualcosa efficiente nei confronti del volume/peso, ammesso di riuscire a gestirne il raffreddamento.
