I like the statue, it's really nice. I would suggest that my government to buy the one and put it in the city, as a symbol of the country being crypto-friendly, but since I no longer study at University, I think it will be extremely hard for me to reach out to them (at university, some of my lecturers were working in the government).
Satoshigallery also sells a tiny version of this statue. I would really love to buy it but sadly, it costs $2200 and that's ridiculously expensive. Is it possible to buy a 3D model and print it via a 3D printer?
If your government is Bitcoin friendly and lots of people use Bitcoin there this is really a good idea since having that statue could attract lots of attention. Maybe it can give more positive result since lots of people will talk about it. Same on what happen on Wall Street this statue might became a tourist attraction in their country especially on the place where they put that statue.
Good to hear that they are selling a mini version of it since there are several people can put it as design on their homes, but since the cost is expensive I think the rich guys is the one can only afford the tiny version of that statue.
That is some great news to know that they are offering a replica for those who are atleast interesting in owning this one of kind piece of art.
Those who are seeing the price tag too much will probably create their own layout so they can just use their own 3D printer to create a plastic one of the statue instead.
But one made out of metal just isn't the same so I think the price is reasonable for the craftsmanship and certificate that SatoshiGallery will nodoubt be including with this sale of a high priced replica.
