What a weird organization man. They just reopened my Casino Guru complaint 2 months after it was closed because of them ignoring it, just to blatantly lie. They straight up just lied and said I lost the funds before the limit was set, which is quite literally as saying that the sky is purple and sheeps fly since I only played those amounts way after setting them. They say I activated a 24-hour reset betting limit which I have no idea what it is (I only ever set loss limits on dec 3 and wager limits shortly after) and that because of that not-working (Huh) I lost $15. I legit can't tell if they're trolling.
They then mentioned this new 15 minutes thing they added as if it was relevant 4 months ago (or relevant to my case in general), saying I lost the $8k before the limits became effective. I'm not sure if you understand how absurd that claim alone is. Like straight up mental. Also conveniently ignored the wager limit not working as well as the loss one (which by the way is worse, since I can technically lose any amount with the loss limit if I won it first, but I can't with the wager limit).
I'm really in disbelief. They didn't even try to be somewhat realistic about it, didn't even attempt to forge evidence or anything, just straight up lied. Insane, stay away from this company, sooner or later I'm pretty sure we will read about them.

i just peeped your review on trustpilot lol that's awesome. keep fighting the good fight. that's exactly what they do, they lie, then ignore you, then when they finally reach out to you they keep giving you the runaround.

i mistakenly thought they were asking for a deposit that didn't exist, so i went through their bullshit recovery emails that i sent and i realized i sent them a screenshot of their automated deposit emails 2 months ago. so they have everything they need, but then they ask for something else. i'm done wasting time with these losers, karma will take care of them hopefully

Hey, thought this was worth an update.

So they're apparently trying to do something about their horrible support system (one of their many, many problems), and I've been told to reach out to martin@bcgame.com regarding this issue. It would've been better not to.
This person once again tried to defend the casino by saying that ALL my losses happened, with an incredible precision I must say, during the exact 15 minutes after I activated the limits. (https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/26/Uv10x9.png
https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/26/Uv1q4w.png)

Reminder that they have initially aknowledged their failing system and 'awarded' me $500 as a bug bounty reward (https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/26/Uv1xPN.png), and used the excuse that I played while aware of the limits, so it was not their fault even if they didnt work. I don't think I need to comment on that.

Now, back to the new excuse that the losses happened during the 15 minutes they claim their RG system takes to activate the limits (I'm pretty sure there is no other casino in the world that does this, by the way). The loss limit was activated on December 1, the wager one on December 3. The losses happened on December 3 and December 7. That would normally be enough to prove how insane what they are trying to say to defend themselves is. But someone may think I'm lying and I actually managed to make all the deposits ($8k), and lose it all specifically in the time (15 minutes) their limits were kicking in. These are my BC.game addresses:

Proof in case they rotate them and pretend they are not from their casino (which at this point they are very well capable of doing)

All transactions are clearly time stamped. If that's not enough, here's a couple screenshots from the wallets, timestamped.

They keep getting worse and worse.

An update on this.
This is their latest excuse (one of the funniest and the same one used from the very first live chat rep I contacted, which then understood how stupid what they were saying was and said to, quote, 'ignore everything I said').

https://talkimg.com/images/2026/04/30/Uy1XUz.png

The meaning of that post is that this guy genuinely has no idea how the platforms he works for actually works. He believes that the daily limits 'resetting daily' means that they expire after a day, they get removed and you can play without those limits after a day. Now, in case you don't know why that is as stupid as it can, the limits being daily or weekly means that if you set a $100 daily loss limit and you lose $100, that limit will show you have $0 out of $100 left to lose and supposedly block you from playing more (this never happened anyway as the limits don't work), then after a day it goes back to $100 left. But that's the industry standard, maybe they managed to make the limits actually get removed after a day? No, not really, that's one of the only things that work on this platform. There's a 'remove' button in their UI, and you have to click, confirm and wait 24 hours for the limit to be removed. I still have the same limit active on my account since December. So yeah, at this point I'm not even surprised.

They also posted my bet history and confirmed my limits activation time, somehow thinking that proved their innocence, while you can literally see all losses happening with the limits active.

I doubt they'll ever admit what they've done, they seem extremely convinced that lying at all costs is the best way to handle this. I'll continue to expose them as much as I can.

Bro, all these big players are the worst really, the smaller up and coming operators that deal in the crypto betting/casinos are much better, actually treating players like they deserve. They have all the reasons to, otherwise they won't grow.. these established ones don't give a f

An update: Today my CasinoGuru complaint has been closed as unresolved, because after being called out multiple times by the CG agent, BC Game (and the same Martin guy who writes all the nonsense bs on accusations threads here) stopped answering the complaint. Watch out for a potential exit scam, it really looks like they're scamming as much as possible.
