From my own experience, the worst experience for me is the fees. It's really too high for me, even if you have small funds, most of them are not based on the amount you transact; some are fixed. That's why I love cryptocurrency platforms and just use pure cryptocurrencies.

Since I don't understand forex, I prefer trading crypto. Even if there is forex to trade, I will choose crypto. Crypto is volatile by nature so I don't have a problem.

In my local exchanges called Pluang, stocks and forex are available but I never take a look. I don't understand but maybe I will learn it later.

It's a great way to support people who don't have access to pairs available in Forex. I like how it does it, and with the exchange I'm using now, Lighter, it has stocks and forex, so it's a great addition to the availability of pairs. They can add volume to the market.

I'm just curious how exchanges handle liquidity and slippage to match forex brokers. Hmm.

That’s the work of exchanges from the word exchange, you can buy and sell from exchanges, so if they decide to do stock exchange it’s worth it because they are called exchanges, they need to do their work.

Most exchanges have some of these stocks listed in their coin lists, but going into it fully is what most of them are yet to start, they are still maintaining the crypto exchanges they claim to be, so if any exchange is adding stock and foreign exchanges into their services it is normal, they can do that. The only thing here is that if you don’t have knowledge about the trade, please avoid it because it is also risky even though people that are into forex claimed that it is less volatile.

Exchanges are centralized platforms and can go to any length to ensure that they are in profits, they can offer us any service as to the best of their own interests, not considering if we may appreciate that or not, as long as it's something that works more better for them to add as an additional service, we can't predict to what extent these platforms could go and what they may allow or not, but as for me, am yet to see any that combines the two together.

There are lots of traders already actively participating in these two together. Yeah, exchanges are adding additional markets for their own benefits and I am not getting your point on platforms which works for its customers, I mean all platforms are around here just for profit making and they may innovate more similar products for extending their chances of profit making.

I remember that there are forex platforms which offered crypto trading and stocks and now its crypto exchanges' turn to do the reciprocal. In real soon, we do not need to have something which is specialized for crypto needs because traditional services will cover cryptos as well.

As the year comes to an end, I've been reflecting on my trading decisions recently and I believe I'll delve into stocks and FX more next season, cos it's more stable, less volatile and somewhat challenging too.

FX is very challenging also and I’ll advise that as you delve into it, you should also apply proper risk management because that’s what will only make you to have more sustainability during the process. All tradable assets are risky, just apply caution when trading them all.

I have never traded forex on exchange before, what I do trade on exchange is crypto. I don’t think it’s a big deal trading forex on exchanges, it’s just expanding the coast more for people to have more options and where to go to in trading.

I've seen this with local exchanges over the past two years, and they've started to include stocks on their developed exchanges. Determining whether forex trading on an exchange is easier depends on your individual experience, as this will depend on your trading skills. Exchanges should only be a place to conduct trading activities, providing a service, not the best opportunities. If you feel comfortable using an exchange, then using an exchange is fine, as long as you can limit high leverage and minimize your trading risks.

I'm the opposite, forex is a complicated trade in my opinion, maybe because the experience in forex is worse compared to crypto which has provided results, especially a few years ago when the crypto market remained volatile but not like nowdays which is very unpredictable, while forex only results in losses, even when following copy traders, the results are still disappointing.

Yeah, it is a trend among crypto exchanges. When one exchange adapting forex or stock market, all other exchanges in crypto space, just copying to stay competitive. Honestly, this way crypto exchanges are not innovating anything to ease or provide any additional benefit to its users but they are scaling their business to keep their traders within and also might attract more traders toward them. From the perspective a trader, may get exposure to forex market without signing up and clearing KYC with a new exchange.

You did not understand what the person that asked the question is talking about, he is talking about crypto exchanges that are offering TradedFi. If you do not know about what TradeFi is, you can learn about it online. They are offered by crypto exchanges like Bybit and Bitget through a their party in a way that their customers can trade assets like stocks and others on crypto exchanges.

This isn't something new anymore. I know it has been on for a few years now. However, I don't fancy it much. I like to trade where I know an exchange or broker has strong hold. For instance, you won't catch me trading BTC on a brokerage. I know it's cryptocurrency and I would do that on an exchange. The same thing applies to trading Forex pairs on an exchange. I think it has a way of affecting volume and slippage as it's a bit confusing calculating this on platforms that aren't meant for them from beginning. I don't like being cut up in all that.

You are correct this New steps exchanges are taking this time around will definitely make trading more convenient for trader's, at least trader's can be able to trade stocks, forex and crypto all together on one exchange, the stress of existing one app to the other all because you want to trade stocks or forex won't be there anymore. But even as that people should always trade with caution, don't over trade and don't trade with the money you can't afford to loose to avoid revenge trading. Trading still remains that very risky investment, and no matter how good someone is in analysing the market, be it forex, stock market nor crypto market the person will still loose money.

Stock assets have been listed in many exchanges and this is not new anymore,  i have just one advice to give out to you ops.

Always apply same risk ratio that you use in your cryptocurrency trading.

Also avoid using high leverage,  since some stocks are listed on futures market.

I wouldn't suggest the same risk ratio because crypto market is more volatile, while stocks are not so there will be a huge gap in the price volatility therefore focus on managing the risk ratio according to the capital invested in stocks when you are doing stock trading.

And adjusting it according to crypto trading is best although we should never use leverage trading in the first place but just like crypto, traders don't take this advice for serious haha.

When it comes to a job, wouldn't we choose the one that we already know like the back of our hand? It’s the same thing here. There are people in the community who know how to make money in both the Forex and Crypto industries.

But of course, you’re going to choose the one where you benefit the most. If you’re making more in Forex than in crypto, then stick to Forex and vice versa if you're earning more in Crypto. It's as simple as that.

Exchanges are just like the forex brokers that you have used before, so it's not bad if any exchange you are using decides to add forex trading and stocks trading to their exchange, it saves you the stress of using two different platforms at a time but you can do any kind of trading you want to do, just in one app or site. I think it's easier trading forex on exchange if also the exchange has a friendly user case.
