At first I also felt that trading was fun, but if i can say, it was an activity that had no fun side at all, apart from stress and was quite emotionally draining, especially when the market reversed direction and did not match what you analyzed, it was like you want to just slam your monitor.
If someone is looking for something fun, then trading isn't the right choice. While high profits can bring happiness, that doesn't make trading a fun activity, on the contrary, it can be miserable if they suffer significant losses.

Trading carries high risks and of course high risks aren't fun. Trading won't be enjoyable for those who don't fully understand it but if you fully understand it, it can be enjoyable. So whether trading can be enjoyable or not depends on the individual.

It can be enjoyable if you trade correctly master discipline risk management and learn from mistakes. While you're right about the risks if you can manage them well by consistently practicing analytical skills, practicing patience and learning to remain calm when making decisions it can be very enjoyable.

Because knowing what to do at the right, will make you to be able to manage risks, practicing patience as you have stated before.
Which is very essential for one to do and in crypto, consistent accumulation is good because it will make you to have more experience about crypto more than before and having be aware of crypto will help you in making an informed decisions, which will help to guide you through out your journey in crypto and can make you to enjoy it despite how fluctuating it is.
