My contact on Fiat is on leave and I heard it'll be quite a long leave, so I'm currently trying to get their replacement for the time being. Uhh... we'll have to make-do until I get ahold of new fiat contact.
Can you start from the beginning? The screenshot of the conversation and what you've done or didn't do for the entire time being? I am not trying to shift the blame to you here, just trying to have a more immersive understanding of your situation.

I’ll explain everything from the beginning in order, clearly:
1. On 16/08/2025 at 12:33:14 PM, I made a deposit on BC Game.
Order ID: F-1840594597336288683.
2. The deposit went into pending status and was never credited to my balance.
3. I contacted BC Game support multiple times. Each time, they asked for proofs (transaction slip, bank details, etc.).
4. I provided all the requested proofs within the 60-day period, without delay. I cooperated fully and followed every instruction.
5. After submitting proofs, I was repeatedly told that the order was “under process” and to wait.
6. During this time, I also emailed BC Game support multiple times, but I did not receive any reply to my emails.
7. There was no rejection or issue communicated to me while the order was within 60 days.
8. Once the order crossed 60 days, support suddenly said they cannot help anymore because the order is old.
From my side, there was no delay or missing action. I submitted everything on time and kept following up. The delay happened only on the processing side.
I am not trying to blame anyone. I am only requesting a fair review of my case and either:
• credit of my deposit, or
• a clear and proper explanation of why it cannot be processed.
I will attach the screenshots of conversations and proofs as requested.
