I deposited on BC Game on 16/08/2025 at 12:33:14 PM.
Order ID: F-1840594597336288683.

The deposit remained pending. I waited patiently and provided all required proofs multiple times whenever support asked. Each time, I was only told that the order was “under process.”

I submitted all proofs within the 60-day period, but now that the order has crossed 60 days, support is saying they cannot help because the order is old.

This is not fair.
If I provided all proofs within 60 days and the delay was on BC Game’s side, why should I be denied help now? It feels like support kept the case pending until the 60 days were completed, and only then refused to resolve it.

I am not asking for anything extra—only the credit of my deposited amount or a clear and valid resolution.

Please review this case properly and resolve it. I request a genuine explanation instead of repeating that the order is old.

Would you mind providing all the conversations that you've had with their support to back up your claims? You said, "I submitted all proofs" Does that mean they asked you for KYC verification? Have they said anything as to what the reason was for the verification? holydarkness might be able to help you get in contact with bc.game's team.

I submitted all proofs within the 60-day period, but now that the order has crossed 60 days, support is saying they cannot help because the order is old.
What did they suggest you do since the order is now old?

My contact on Fiat is on leave and I heard it'll be quite a long leave, so I'm currently trying to get their replacement for the time being. Uhh... we'll have to make-do until I get ahold of new fiat contact.

Can you start from the beginning? The screenshot of the conversation and what you've done or didn't do for the entire time being? I am not trying to shift the blame to you here, just trying to have a more immersive understanding of your situation.

   3.   I contacted BC Game support multiple times. Each time, they asked for proofs (transaction slip, bank details, etc.).

   5.   After submitting proofs, I was repeatedly told that the order was “under process” and to wait.
   6.   During this time, I also emailed BC Game support multiple times, but I did not receive any reply to my emails.
   7.   There was no rejection or issue communicated to me while the order was within 60 days.
   8.   Once the order crossed 60 days, support suddenly said they cannot help anymore because the order is old.

From my side, there was no delay or missing action. I submitted everything on time and kept following up. The delay happened only on the processing side.

I am not trying to blame anyone. I am only requesting a fair review of my case and either:
   •   credit of my deposit, or
   •   a clear and proper explanation of why it cannot be processed.
