I saw something online and it was a statement by From Michael Saylor, i never believed he once had doubt on bitcoin. This is the statement.

It’s normal for people to criticize something they don’t really understand or have complete knowledge about, but criticisms doesn’t have to always be bad, there are constructive criticisms and destructive criticisms, some of these criticisms comes when there are noticed lapses or even misconceptions, I believe that’s the case with Mike Saylor, so when he got to really understand the technology, he had to retrace his steps and saw Bitcoin for what it really was, thus his change of mind and attitude towards Bitcoin and that’s the wisest way to approach not just Bitcoin but life itself, things evolve and change and so should mindset and attitude towards things.

They fud for a reason. Why would they release a statement that they didn't study yet, of course some might saw it as negative but for them, that's part of the plan. The narrative is really good, after the major dip you can notice that they already in the good side and started to pump BTC. This kind of fud doesn't fit well with BTC especially if you know how the blockchain and its features work. There are a lot of people against it but take note that they're just missing a lot of opportunity and they just missed out a huge profit, that's why they keep yapping negative statements that could lessen the value of it but the value depends on the technology, so their acts aren't effective.

Bitcoin is based on several things:
- That the US economy will remain strong;
- That the electrical grid won't fail;
- That the Internet won't fail;
- That no AI or AI computer will ever be able to hack it.

I'm still sure there are still many people out there who doubt Bitcoin, but perhaps not as many as in the past when Bitcoin wasn't as powerful as it is now. And for me, that's perfectly natural. I was also one of those who used to be quite skeptical of Bitcoin until I got curious, wanted to know more and found this forum. Luckily, I was one of those who knew about Bitcoin earlier, but my holdings weren't as large as Saylor. LOL.

Anyone can doubt bitcoin, but that person may also develop better interest with bitcoin in the future. Just like those who have messed up with bitcoin before and now become real advocates of bitcoin, that's a big proof that changes are possible.

But we can't hide the fact as well that there are some people who have remained against on the side of bitcoin. That's probably their stance, and their stance does not aligned with bitcoin or its decentralized nature itself.

It is actually not really surprising because people's mindset can change due to many reasons. In the past Saylor may doubt Bitcoin because he didn't really know Bitcoin, he made the statement due to an instant conclusion according to many FUDs spreading about Bitcoin future. However, he may do a research and he finally knows the truth. So, it changes his mind and finally he is interested to join Bitcoin investment.

Sure, nothing wrong with the doubt feeling, it is human nature. Moreover it is related to money, no one wants to lose money in an unclear thing. However, the doubt can change to faith/belief when we know the truth.

These articles are deliberately fabricated by people spreading fake news, creating panic in the minds of everyone so that many people will abandon Bitcoin and stop buying it. However, this has been completely ineffective for Bitcoin, as it continues to grow and is loved by many, to the point that large companies have also begun buying it, causing other companies to consider it an option to purchase as an asset with greater value. So don't be swayed by these useless articles, as they only create temporary chaos.

Michael Saylor is now one of the people that is advocating for bitcoin and promoting it.

Well life is unpredictable if you ask me, and the only thing constant in life is changes. We adapt to changes, we disagree to agree. There where times we vow never to do some things but we somehow find ourselves doing that same thing we once criticized and I don't blame people for doing that, they do that mostly in their days of ignorant. Most people criticize Bitcoin because they saw no future in it, but as time goes on and on, they see reason to believe in Bitcoin. And Micheal saylor is not an exception.

Well of course, there are still people doubting Bitcoin as of today. There will always be doubts, and we can't erase that. Especially those people who are not really familiar with Bitcoin and crypto. They might have heard Bitcoin occasionally but some people will still doubt it. That's why there are still a lot of people not really getting into Bitcoin even if they've heard about it before.

I guess, even most of us probably doubted Bitcoin at first before we decided to get into it.

It is so funny to me that people are still like this and I personally know people like this to be honest with all of you, they do not know what they are talking about but they are a rabid opposer of the idea that bitcoin is a really good investment and the future of finance, they still believe that people should be able to touch their money physically and that they should trust banks basically, these people are not worth arguing over anyway that is why I find it amusing to listen to them occasionally ramble about bitcoin and how it looks bad and anytime it could go down. I do agree that some doubted at the start but doing a little research before getting in is probably enough to remove that doubt.

I think traders have started to focus on BTC. Yeah, agree too, because looking at the price a few days ago, it seemed like BTC would continue like this, even though it didn't. BTC also has a history of price fluctuations. Today, BTC suddenly rose and is now around almost $90,000, and gold has been depressed from $4,576 to now correcting to $4,484.

I agree that it's only a matter of time before Bitcoin is adopted and accepted globally. But honestly, even if it were legalized and became popular globally. I think there's still a segment of the population who aren't interested in, don't invest in, or don't use it. It's not that they're still skeptical about it, but rather that they don't like it. Just like gold, stocks, or other assets, there will always be people who will never care about or need them. Bitcoin will be no exception.

So, in my opinion, we don't need to think about why people are still skeptical about it or not investing in it.

People are still doubting Bitcoin, and they always will. Dig up enough old posts and you'll find almost everyone had at least one "well that's probably dead" moment back when the space was smaller.

They don't fully understand it yet, so their doubts are still categorized as nothing bad. Later, when they understand the importance of owning Bitcoin, their doubts will immediately disappear on their own.
We have seen for ourselves how people who were previously not interested in Bitcoin have ended up encouraging others to own Bitcoin.

There are alot of people that are doubting bitcoin till now, bit the funny thing about it is that when they are now properly cleared and convinced about Bitcoin they will not waste time in investing and accummuating rapidly and more because they now know the benefits of bitcoin, but will not start spreading the worth of it to those they must have spread their doubts to, imagine what Michael Saylor is doing now

Exactly it's about having the choice, If it's globally accepted the option is there for those who want or need it. The people who "don't like it" can just ignore it, like people ignore commodity markets today that's a sign of maturity, not failure
