If there were no laws in place, then I doubt humanity would exist at all because we always evolved only when we lived as a group but usually humans are greedy animals so if no laws protecting others then strong ones will try to eliminate the remaining ones from the competiution that leads to loss of lives and eventually very few people will remain and there is no room for development anymore, we all have to focus on the survival alone.

Even in heaven that the angels livee freely, there are dos and don't. This was why you see that Lucifer was chased down to earth because he wanted to challenge God. Human needs leaders which starts from the family. It's a pity that these days the law only favor the rich and not the poor showing that human isn't God that's flawless. There must certainly be law for humanity to maintain peace and unity, a lawless town always end up In disaster because everyone behave the way they like. If there where no laws, your money will be forcefully taken away from you and their will be no penalty for such person who did that when their is no law. Your Loved one may be killed in your presence and you can not do anything and even if you try to fight back and the gang is more powerful than you, the rest of you family may be eliminated and no one will do anything on your behalf. Infact no evil act will be punishable by law since there is no law. Some people will create a gang to suppress the weak. This reminds me of a movie by name blackout this movie is highly educative. When there is power breakdown and communication dismissed the world turns to a lawless world and some people became terrorist to suppress others. It's just how the world will be when there is no law.

Having read so few Holy Books, God gave humans laws. Like in the Bible God told Adam and Eve not to eat from a certain apple tree. The Bible, the Koran and others are filled with laws and diverse instruments.

I agree that some laws restrict us from achieving our full potential. Politicians will always want to make laws based on their beliefs and ideologies without considering other people's views. However, the society will be in a state of anarchy without guiding laws. We just have to seek ways to maximise our potential in the face of these restrictions.

Why should there be no law, if people discover that they have freedom of doing whatever they likes, then there will be no need for security and law enforcement, because everyone is believed to be doing according to what is expected of him, but it's a pity that even our creator repented of creating man because of the level of evil in them, right from the olden days, law have been in place to guide human affairs and not to instill fear or restrictions on us, when there's no law, there's no sin.

God followed up the creation with the law and that's why the ten commandments through Moses was announced. I think if there are no laws, we'd be like the early men that just lives to survive. No aspirations, no interest, no inspirations why we're living. Laws are made so that people will behave and so that they're not going to do things to the full extent that they're hurting others. We've got freedom if you're living in the countries that are democratic and yet, they still have laws that have passed for people to be guided.

You should remember that humankind is one of the most brutal species, with an inherently greedy, selfish, and envious nature. Or to put it bluntly, most of the worst things in the world are created by human greed.

Therefore, a world without laws, regulations, and leaders would not be the paradise of freedom you imagine, but rather a chaotic hell. A place where the strong rule, and others live in fear, poverty, and violence.

Look at the wild world out there, the animal world where there are no laws or regulations. No fairness there, no morality, only predator and prey. The weak are eliminated, the strong survive, and that would be the world we would live in without laws or government.

Who said so that there is no law with God? Even the creation story, the days of creation was followed in orderliness and that is law already because law is meant to create order and organized settings for doing things. But if you don't agree to that, what about the ten commandments? That is law and its consequences. Even the holy book recorded that it was because of disobedience that the finest angel (Lucifer) and most sonorous one for that matter was chased out from the kingdom of God/ heaven.

Law is not a limitation to man but it gives strength to mankind to achieve whatever they want to achieve with out being killed or supposedly limited by another man. Like Thomas Hobbes maintained in his hypothetical essay "state of man". I believe like Thomas Hobbes without law and punishment, life will become "solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short," A case study of R v Dudley and Stephens , where a younger person was killed and used as meat/food to survive excuse in a shipwreck. So that would have been the case all over that at every slightest provocation will result into killing.

God created humanity and gave instructions not to eat from one specific tree, man failed the law and was punished for it. We truly can't live peacefully without laws, it would be total hell on earth for mankind. It's easy to compare the status of how we see life that exists with law, the manner and rate at which crime is committed, now imagine in a case when there is no law, and every crime has no consequences.

The society will not be peaceful, we will be worse than animals that live in the jungle. The punishment that comes with breaking those laws is what makes a lot of people make the right decisions even when they plan to do something hectic.
