Please read the following threads which might be some help for you.

So, after reading, you will realize that you can unfreeze your bank account with legal action but you can't unfreeze the lien amount which will be locked until the I.O clears you out of the case which again will result into complete loss for you.

If you don't really need that account and the funds locked are less than a lakh combined then just let it be, trying to unfreeze will cost you more and in future try not to repeat the mistakes which I mentioned in the first thread.

That's weird. Seems like someone is targeting you. Are you by any chance involved in P2P?

Did you try to scam someone? Because people will usually not take efforts to file a cyber complaint if there is no scam involved. Maybe you can check your crypto transactions and flag any suspicious transaction. This sounds frustrating. 6 accounts being frozen is actually too much. How are you managing your expenses as of now? Is all of your money frozen or were you smart enough to save money outside of your accounts?

My accounts were never frozen so I do not really have much experience here, but you can go through the links shared by Bitcoin Smith. Those can really help you. I hope your account get back to normal soon. Also, if possible, do keep us posted here so we will get to know what exactly happened.

I guess he did p2p trades or sole his crypto via Binance or any p2p platform with random trader who is shown at the best rates. That always ends up with bank freeze as far as I know and I doubt 6 accounts are frozen at the same time probably he meant that one by one but 6 is too big an amount he should have realized he is doing something wrong atleast when it happened to his 3rd account.

Honestly, this does sound like a classic P2P fallout, especially if trades were done with random buyers chasing the best rates.
Once one account gets flagged, others often follow because banks share alerts, so it can snowball fast.
At that point it’s less about getting everything unfrozen and more about damage control and avoiding the same pattern again.

my 5 bank account are freeze and I have also tried all the ways to recover and unfreeze my bank accounts but it's all running like a trafficking and police catch you while driving and people in India know very well that when traffic police stop you they will try very hard to take money from you by showing unnecessary restrictions and proving you are commenting crime/going against law so they can take some money from you it's all happening just like that , when your bank account get frozen and you try to contact ta I.O who attached your account they simply ask youkone question first "How much is your account balance?" And then when you say any large amount now they try to prove you had committed some crime and now you have to give back the lien amount or the freeze will not removed, just like that my all 5 bank accounts are freeze still now just for doing P2P transaction via BINANCE.  Undecided

^ in some cases you can take this to court and get your freeze removed from the entire balance and the lien amount will be just on Hold not the entire balance.

You can read this thread to get an idea about how to do that: How to Unfreeze bank account - Detailed version

You can see that if you are on the layer 3 or above you can get the lien removed for sure, so if you have balance that is worthy of withdrawing then consult a lawyer who handles banking issues and get it resolved in no time.

P2P bank freeze ka masla aaj kal India aur Pakistan dono jagah bohot zyada barh chuka hai. Yeh bilkul sahi point uthaya hai ke poora ka poora bank account freeze kar dena aam user ke sath bohot badi zyadati hai. Agar galti se kisi scammer ka fund account mein aa bhi jaye, to sirf us makhsoos amount (lien amount) ko hold par rakhna chahiye ، na ke saari life savings block kar di jayein.Jo bhai is masle se guzar rahe hain, unke liye court wala rasta hi sab se behtar hai agar balance zyada ho to. Kisi acche lawyer ke zariye bank ko notice bhejna chahiye taake kam az kam baqi ka legal balance unfreeze ho sake. P2P karte waqt hamesha purane aur verified traders ke sath hi deal karni chahiye jinki completion rate acchi ho, warna kisi bhi waqt account khatre mein par sakta hai ۔

I have heard this a lot recently. In my city, cyber branch targetted multiple individuals suspected to deal with cryptocurrencies and their accounts were placed on hold. I guess the authorities are scrutinising such accounts very carefully now. It is always good not to involve our bank accounts with any crypto related transaction anymore because we might anytime land up in problem.

Once our account is frozen, it takes forever to get back the money. In most cases, it takes between 6 months to 3 years. We don't want our money stuck for that long.

I am sure there would be hundreds of people outside this forum who already might have faced account freezing issue. It is actually turning out to be pretty common nowadays. Stay safe folks.
