So it's important to know the email provider so that the community can help if they got same issues or did not experience that problem, while the Qzino.com technical team can have more information for checking.

But if you haven't yet, try with a different device just to rule out on-device problem.

Firstly, it's a step that can be tried by the user. Try with another device, another browser and see how it goes and it can help to limit the possible issues to only email provider or Qzino.com platform in sending confirmation emails to users.

I received the code and input it, and the process scaled up very fast, and it was not up to 2 miniutes I got registered on the Qzino platform. I did not change my email as others did. I did not check the spam box. I received the code directly inside my mail box, and I used it as it worked perfectly well for me. Everything works perfectly well, though.

He's probably expecting a flat deposit match (e.g. deposit $50, get $50) with an easy wagering requirements, not like what Qzino has which sort of turned into a point system with their Q-rake feature.
