Almost anything is possible, isn't that correct?

Isn't "almost" a key word here?

Is it?
Maybe it is. But "are we still a country that takes risks, that innovates, that believes anything is possible? Or are we a country that is resigned to whatever liberty the government decides to dish out?"

Has (Insert country name) not become a nation of sheep?

which (Insert country name)  are you talking about ?
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
