There are many online forums dedicated to specific hobbies like stamp collecting, bird watching, movies, etc., and most members are there for fun. On this forum, serious topics are discussed, such as financial investments in crypto, crypto trading, and similar subjects. Members earn through their contributions to the forum via signature campaigns etc. There is sometimes fun on this forum, but that is not the primary purpose of members participating in this forum.

"forum for fun" as you mention is subjective to how you want to view, for me i take forum as a place where i come to get most legit information about bitcoin because i know the post/comment are screened by, moderators as such it will be difficult to pick a wrong information about bitcoin from the forum.

secondly there is this saying that says "all work and no play makes jack a doll boy" that's why when i see post about other fun activities i always follow the thread just like the cooking contest, popkin that they did last year brought about showcasing our cultural food to others that brought a lot of fun to the forum.
so as you are looking at the forum in the fun part i try to balance the learning part as well because i know i do more of learning

I've been to so many forums, but none has been found like this one, because its well moderated, not only that, it is decentralized, everyone are seen together as a community member, we learn here, we share ideas and information, we meet with people and share opportunities as well and build career, we are not just posting here, instead, we made quality contributions that are of helpful importance and being relevance the bitcoin and the crypto world we are currently into.

Sharing ideas of what you know and exchanging of words but not the harsh ones if you ask me. There are things we do in the forum that whenever we sit back and remember it will be like that particular even should ot stop. The organization of this place is another reason to see this space as a fun place to be in. To top it all, talking about something that we don't know the outcome of it but yet we still stand by what we feel will happen, Bitcoin price prediction or speculation, the competitions too makes this place more lively than we could ever imagine.

Forum is not for fun in an actual sense; this is a bitcoin community of which every discussion here ought to be in consonant with the purpose of its creation. Bitcoin is the reason why we are here, every other thing and discussion here is secondary. Maybe you can say that the benefits that comes along with the forum is for fun and i believe that was what Icopress meant since the signature campaigns are temporary here. Of course, there are sometimes when a topic can be created out of humor but do not mistake it as the forum being for fun. Even though the forum shouldn't be strict but that doesn't also mean that we should turn it to a comic place as we have seen on social media platforms.

Everyone have is own opinion that he think about the forum, some take it as a fun and they are still getting knowledge in it. Because what I just think is that if they is not a fun in anything you're doing sometimes he won't be making good sense because he will be boring sometime that is why we have many board in the forum and discussion anything you like to share with people. You're right that bitcoin is one of the thing that make many people comes to the forum because even me personally is when I get to the forum I get much knowledge and experience about bitcoin investment and know about the DCA method. If not because of forum I don't think I can get better understanding about cryptocurrency.
