Some last year's population many people emphasize that the price of Bitcoin will not appreciate in 2026 but I don't believe that such speculation will you come to reality but the thing is that what that will make the price of Bitcoin to increase will it be determined from the investors right now we have seen that is such speculation of different persons last year is not really showing the way they said it, I know that it is too early to know if bitcoin will it fall or the Bitcoin will continue to rise because what I'm seeing in Bitcoin price is different thing and the price of Bitcoin have increased a little immediately we entered 2026 so I don't know if the price will keep on increasing or it will later run decreases.

No matter how much we research, no matter how much we speculate, Bitcoin is ultimately unpredictable, we can never say for sure how it will move forward. 2026 has just begun, Bitcoin will not show us any surprising movements right now, there is no alternative to patience, the only way we have to stay stable with Bitcoin is through patience, when Bitcoin needs to rise, it will rise very well.

The adoption of bitcoin is still going strong, and there is no doubt that bitcoin will thrive in the long term. But let's not forget that financial markets are heavily influenced by economic and political factor, and are very volatile in the short term, and Bitcoin is no exception. If war breaks out, global instability will increase dramatically. The massive outflow of money from financial markets, especially speculative markets like bitcoin and stock is inevitable.

Therefore, do not become complacent just because Bitcoin's adoption is increasing. Having a contingency plan is essential

As for me, based on my own observation, I feel that Bitcoin will start to experience a bear market this year. However, it is very possible that the bear market may not start early in the year. We might likely experience some bullish movement before we start to see the bear market. But let's just wait and see what happens from now until March, as Bitcoin's price is unpredictable. Especially, it’s clear that it is very hard to say what direction Bitcoin’s price may actually go. But the reason I even predict a bear market is because we have been in a bullish phase for a while now, and it's time to expect a bear period. But anything is very possible with Bitcoin.

I have already realized this thing wayback and people should be doing so, because once you do speculate numbers then if it turned out that the price wont be moving on what you had expected then it will be causing up with that stress and this is something that you should be changing up your views or simply this is inevitable because once you do able to experience on how market moves or how it works then you would be making up that realization. This is why i had stopped on trying out to make some fixated numbers and just that going with the flow and make some good decisions when making some re-entry or buybacks. Well, this cant be that precise but at least once you do have that experience then you do already know on how to deal up with the market.

For 2026 then if we do base up on the casual timeline or cycle then we are already on bear market but just like been said that there's no guarantee that everything would be that getting inline with the cycle and as we do all know that crypto market is totally unpredictable.

Last time I remember, I think it was the ukraine and russia war where Bitcoin market price significantly dropped a hug epercentage I think it was around 40% drop it wasn't a quick drop but a lot of people started to feel fear when the war started and start to sell off some Bitcoin, I was kinda afraid as well because some articles as far as I can remeber spreadout news of the possible world war 3 starting, since it involved russia it is really going to be a huge war incase things get heated and a lot of countries for sure is going to get involved because they don't accept being neautral its ether you side with the US or Russian or else your gonna get treated as an enemy as well.

There was war in Venezuela as well, but luckily it didn't affect the market price of Bitcoin big time, I guess Bitcoin gets more popular at this moment compared in the past where investors easily get shaken off. But things could easily change so it's always better to diversify at some point, I guess some investorshave  already learned from the past wars.

I dont know how certain this is but I think this year is supposed to have a dip according to the records of the four year cycle run although this time around isn't actually working quite well as the most anticipated altcoins season and pump of Bitcoin didn't show towards the end of last year.

I will go with Green this year although it wouldn't create a new ATH but it would be moving within 90-120k without it crossing the previous ATH. However, I believe there would be an altcoin season where many altcoin would have to create new ATH as usual because this last year was unusually strange on coin and not all altcoin where able to create their ATH as usual back then 2021, but I believe since that did happen last year it would definitely happened this year.

I voted for the scenario where Bitcoin falls below $50k, and the market ends the year in the red.

The reason is that, given the increasing geopolitical instability between major powers, I'm not very optimistic about the economy this year. Bitcoin has never performed well in an unstable economy.

Additionally, I don't expect the market to continue rising, because the bull market has lasted too long and needs to end. I've never seen a financial market that only has bull markets without bear markets.

It feels like we haven't experienced a full bull season. Only Bitcoin has risen. Even Ethereum hasn't surpassed its previous all-time high, I'm not sure if this can be called a full bull run.
By the way, I think the probability of Bitcoin falling below $50k seems low, even if bears come in, the bottom would probably be a bit higher. At least $55k-60k would be the bottom price for Bitcoin.
With so many institutional investors and demand even during its worst times, I don't think it will go much lower now.

But let's not forget that the ultimate goal of investors and institutions is also profit. They're not spending billions of dollars buying bitcoin and holding it forever without selling.

Their entry into the market is like a double-edged sword, there are both good and bad sides. Instead of thinking that with their enormous capital, they wouldn't let bitcoin drop too much in price by buying large quantities every time the price falls further. The opposite can also happen, they could be the ones causing or contributing to a worse market, with the aim of creating better prices for themselves.

Even retail investors like us understand that the lower the buying price, the better. Do you think they don't know that?

You're right mate, if you flash back last year you will know that bullish market was everywhere to make short term investors and long term investors smile, since the price of bitcoin did not increase to $100k before the end of December,  I don't think there will be bullish season this year because what investors are expecting now is bearish market so that they will use this year to prepare themselves against next bullish market that will appear, we know that everything is possible with bitcoin but bitcoin price will not going to increase to switch to bullish market this year despite the price of bitcoin has increased to $93k few hours ago.

You're right mate, if you flash back last year you will know that bullish market was everywhere to make short term investors and long term investors smile, since the price of bitcoin did not increase to $100k before the end of December,  I don't think there will be bullish season this year because what investors are expecting now is bearish market so that they will use this year to prepare themselves against next bullish market that will appear, we know that everything is possible with bitcoin but bitcoin price will not going to increase to switch to bullish market this year despite the price of bitcoin has increased to $93k few hours ago.

That's not certain either, we might be wrong with our prediction. Everything depends on the market's performance this year. If what happens is an increase in adoption, even if it occurs gradually, the price could possibly rise close to the previous all-time high.

We can never be certain how accurately Bitcoin's trajectory can be predicted and some even predict the price will reach $200,000 this year. I'm optimistic about Bitcoin's growth and have never doubted its trajectory, but given the current momentum, it seems likely we'll see a shift, particularly regarding bearish and bullish markets. Bitcoin's movement has been relatively solid since the close of 2025, but whether this marks the beginning of reaching the predicted price as I outlined above is uncertain, as we need to first see support in the first and second months of this year.

This could be because speculative assets like Bitcoin can strengthen or even correct relatively quickly. Some observers were concerned about Maduro's arrest by the United States which could potentially shock Bitcoin assets, but the opposite has actually happened.
