Earlier this year, Lisuan took the stage to announce its G100 series of GPUs, based on the in-house "TrueGPU" architecture and fabricated on TSMC's N6 process. It was the first time a Chinese company had potential to directly rival AMD and Nvidia's duopoly in the discrete GPU market. Sampling for these cards was expected to begin in September and now, IT Home is reporting that they've begun initial deliveries.

There are two GPUs part of the G100 family: the gaming-oriented 7G106 and the enterprise-focused 7G105. It was the former that really made headlines by touting RTX 4060-level performance, even beating the GPU in early benchmark results. Specs-wise, we're looking at 192 texture units, 96 ROPs, and an FP32 throughput of up to 24 TFLOP/s.

The 7G106 has 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM saturated across a 192-bit wide bus, which is doubled to 24GB on the workstation-class 7G105, with proper ECC support. These GPUs support modern APIs including DirectX 12, use the PCIe 4.0 interface, and even have a custom upscaling solution called NSRR, akin to Nvidia's DLSS or AMD's FSR. Unlike those two, however, Lisuan supports Microsoft's Windows-on-Arm initiative.

Their GPU can compete with prominent brands, but only once its own people use it regularly. It first needs to be the top choice on its home soil.

A couple of years ago, China didn't even have comparable entry-level gaming graphics cards, but now the market is occupied by four well-known companies with their own solutions: Lingjiu Microelectronics, Wormhole, Moore Threads AI GPU, and Lisuan. In a couple of years, these manufacturers could conquer the local Chinese market and begin selling to other countries.

In the past china has no reason to build their one graphics cards but they have some copied graphics cards with different names like

Yeston
MLLSE
SoYo
MaxSun

And they work just like other popular brands like XFX and Sapphire, I have even seen few of their factories where they are assembling the graphics cards, it won't be hard for them to make better brand if they want, and now that Lisuan wants to put in more efforts many others will follow too.

I've seen some graphics cards from these manufacturers, but as far as I know, they don't develop their own chips, but use Nvidia and AMD chips. And they make high-quality graphics cards, some models of which are sold in Russia. But this topic is about graphics cards that Chinese companies develop themselves.

And they make high-quality graphics cards
Since the RTX30xx many people and graphics card repair specialists have been convinced that graphics cards released under these Chinese brands (Yeston, MLLSE, SoYo, MaxSun, Manli, Peladn etc.) are unreliable. I try to avoid them when building rigs.

I'm an engineer and have been repairing various computer equipment for many years. Every manufacturer has faulty models, and ASUS and Gigabyte are no exception. I've seen colleagues using these video cards for mining, but every model has its quirks, and not all are suitable for mining. These companies sell a huge number of video cards in China, and they're not bad products unless you buy the one with the cheapest cooling.

Chinese Lisuan LX 7G106 GPU Arrives June 18 with Support for Major AAA Games
Link
Last year, Lisuan Technology introduced its Lisuan LX 7G106 graphics card, one of the most promising GPU technologies for gamers emerging from China. Today, during the AWE 2026 stream on the Chinese BiliBili platform, the company announced that its GPUs will ship on June 18, with pre-orders starting on March 17. The 7G106 GPU is powered by a monolithic die manufactured at TSMC's facilities using the older 6 nm DUV node. This N6 node is approved for Lisuan to utilize TSMC's mature node capacity. Designed for gaming, this GPU accelerates games and 3D applications with broad API support, including DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.3, and OpenGL 4.6. While it supports DirectX 12, it does not include ray tracing, meaning there is no DirectX 12 Ultimate. However, it will support DirectX 12 games, and Lisuan notes that some of these titles include popular games on Steam, such as Cyberpunk 2077, Black Myth: Wukong, and Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Underneath the 7G106 features a SIMD engine capable of running calculations with FP32 and the new INT8 data type. The GPU has a maximum throughput of 24 TeraFLOPS in FP32, placing it high in compute. The primary compute language is OpenCL 3.0. Internally, the SIMD engine is supported by a large raster graphics pipeline, with up to 192 TMUs and 96 ROPs on the silicon. In terms of memory, it offers 12 GB of GDDR6 across a 192-bit wide memory bus, although the company has not yet finalized the exact memory frequencies. The 7G106 is equipped with a modern video acceleration engine, capable of hardware-accelerated AV1 and HEVC decoding at resolutions up to 8K at 60 FPS. It also supports hardware-accelerated AV1 encoding at 4K at 30 FPS and HEVC encoding at 8K at 30 FPS. For monitor connectivity, it includes four DisplayPort 1.4 outputs with support for DSC 1.2b. The GPU does not feature HDMI outputs, likely due to the licensing costs required by the HDMI Consortium for each installed HDMI port.

Lisuan LX 7G106 = RTX 4060 competitor
Sale date: June 18th.

Standard LX 7G100 replaces the signed edition
The standard model keeps 12GB of GDDR6 memory and launches through JD.com after two limited Founders Edition batches.

Lisuan Technology will begin selling the retail version of its LX 7G100 graphics card on July 17. The card is listed at 2,688 yuan, equivalent to around $397 or €348 before taxes and import costs.

The retail model costs 611 yuan less than the 3,299 yuan Founders Edition. This represents an 18.5% reduction. Lisuan released two batches of the silver Founders Edition, which included co-founder signature and an individually numbered certificate.

The new version is intended for regular retail sales rather than another limited collector release. Lisuan previously confirmed that the standard model would follow the second Founders Edition batch without the same quantity restrictions.
