I think they'll ask for KYC eventually. Looking at their FAQ, it clearly states that KYC is required for withdrawals. So their "No KYC" claim probably just means you can register, deposit, and play without verification. But you'll still need to complete KYC when making your first withdrawal.

That means the "No KYC" is nisleading as long as KYC is required to make withdrawal.  Many big casinos that don't even use the "No KYC" phrase to attract customers allow players make deposit, play and withdraw without enforcinf KYC. The only time they reaquest for it is when there is a very big winning or they suspect some unclear activities in the account. Any platform that will not allow withdrawal without KYC is not supposed to be branded a "No KYC" so that should be changed in the announcement post to avoid people having problems, I mean those that don't read the TOS.

In as much as i concur to what you said, I will also want say this which I believe that, it is very important for any business growth, and that is versatility, in any business including gambling the owners go for what their customers may like, and if you check very well, in the recent time, almost all the casinos now have sportsbook, there's much competition in this business currently and to me, for any casino to grow, the owners must think of a good strategy to remain in the business, many gamblers have areas the concentrate and I think no business owner will want to lose customers because of services they know they can  actually render but just because they fail to add it to their platform.

Welp, not surprising, casinos love doing this to attract gamblers who do not read the Terms and Conditions. Their "no-kyc" is basically useless since you won't be able to withdraw anything out of the casino without passing the KYC verification first.

A warm welcome to the forum, I just came by this thread now and was captivated by the Ann's info graphic design, it's really top notch and kudos to the designer for the job well done.

I visited the casino and it also looks amazing, very smooth and beautifully organized slot cards, seems to me the casino is all about pure luck based games at the moment, no sport betting and so?

That is why I criticized them as well. If a casino asks for a KYC at any stage, they should not claim themself as a no KYC casino. Casinos never disclose the reason why they are asking for a KYC. So, the players actually cannot know why they were asked for a KYC. Actually so many things is wrong with all of this things they said, especially the impression they gave us as a casino free from kyc but keeping a compulsory rule for people to do kyc before a withdrawal on there website could be processed, they are definitely playing with our head. You cannot just say we are KYC'ed at their platform and No KYC at their ANN. Anyway, that doesn't matter anymore. Because they were quick to remove the KYC part from this ANN, ensuring the transparency part. Problem solved like a pro...

Can you be a little specific what exactly happening? What do you mean by it doesn't appear? You mean like you aren't recieving the email confirmation code at your email? Or did you recieved the code but it isn't working for some reasons?

So they had already  a campaign before under Hampuz management. It feels so good to look back on those times when the rate was 0.005 BTC for Hero/Legendary ranks, and 0.002 BTC for Member ranks which is basically the rate for Legendary ranks nowadays lol.

This is a very strict KYC rule for Bspin casino. 
There is no point for me to deposit coins and play if I know that I wont be able to withdraw anything without performing account verification.
Another thing I dont like is waiting for three days to receive withdrawal coins, so for me this casino is not acceptable for use.

I don't think that the probelm is completey solved. They just removed the KYC part from the ANN but they just told that they can ask for the KYC whenever they feel like. This is typically with all the Non-KYC claiming casino. The sword of the casino demanding the KYC is always there and it is more of a concern with those, who do not want to sumbit the KYC in any case.

People like me, don't care much as i would be playing at BSpin without KYC and in case they demand KYC from me, i will just submit my documents as i have done in other gambling and trading sites.

That’s good at least you’re being realistic and aware from the start that casinos can require KYC, especially if they’re licensed.
Some don’t ask for it right away, but sooner or later it can still happen, especially if you hit a big win.

If the casino is honest though, there’s really nothing to worry about. They should handle our documents properly, not give us a headache during verification, and most importantly release the winnings without issues.
