Skills may sometimes is never enough, you need to have at least an experience, expertise, and advance knowledge. Put these all together, and work intelligently, don't just rely in hard work. I promise you'll have better success rate, than just acquiring skills alone.
Some people feels the need to work at a company where their field of interests is at, before starting up their own business.
By doing so, it enable them to learn the ropes before even raising a capital to start their own.
Success doesn't always follow the most common path, sometimes it comes in the most unexpected ways, persistence might even be the key sometimes.

Some only get more experience on skills and they have achieved there goals, you're right we should not focus on skills only but some times he works for others and they have become rich with just there skills they are doing. Well said ocham, I can't agree more because if we are working on our skill and utilizing it in reality and not just bluffing and wasting time we can be successful and with that we also generate more jobs for others and that's how you can lower your pressure of work as well.

All it takes to start earning is skill but it is not true for every situation like dish washing does not require skill hehe but cooking something is. Well, for people that have to build it themselves that is true, it does require a special mind to construct something from nothing in any line of business. Not everyone is cut out to build a business from scratch to any level of profitability and sustain it for many months and years, it requires a highly adaptable person that is resilient to defeat. However there are plenty of circumstances in history where people, even if they don't possess those aforementioned skills, are able to buy their way into successful businesses that will prolong for a while at least with a pre-existing competent staff in place - as long as the new owner doesn't decide to interfere too drastically. I converted BDT to USD. 2000 BDT is 16.36 USD. Is it normal money for one day's work in your country? Since you call it a good amount of money, how much do unskilled workers earn in your country per day? $16 is a normal one day's salary in my country for unskilled workers but it's low for skilled workers. Skilled workers usually earn $25 and more per day. Btw salon workers are very highly appreciated in my country. A haircut for man costs 7 on average. They usually cut 2-3 men in one hour and if they want a beard, that's extra. Btw lots of bald guys go to receive a haircut and it's easy money. I assume that salon workers in my country earn 150-200$ per day. It's a lot of money for a country where the average monthly salary is $500.

Success comes with valuable skills, I agree with you on that but sadly, lots of people do not realise that not every skill brings success. In my country, hairstylists earn a lot of money, but it can't be valued so highly in other countries. You should acquire skills that are highly valued in the country where you live.

Probably only for a doctor but for everything else, if you can showcase your skill then no one can deny you the job and you can learn better from internet compared to the traditional way of studying and even now if you pay for school most of the time you have to look for the reference from the youtube that's the irony here.

I would rather invest that money into something that actually bring me return like bitcoin or stocks rather than investing on me because if there is something we need to learn then we can always get that for free now, this is internet era and every information is available over the websites, in different formats so we don't necessarily need to spend like 50K or 500K to make us better in something.

If the economy relied mainly on education, there will be more poor people in the society, more suffering, and poor economic growth or stability. Most people survive because they have skills that can provide for themselves and family, from there, they also pay taxes. Why believe in a cartoon whose script was written by someone, so there's no other person's perspective in it? If you believe in God, then you don't need to worship anything other than what you already believe in and trust. Because God has also told all of His servants the rules for living life and also how to earn more income, so we don't need to complain about any situation because everything we see now is something that has been predestined by God. So, believe in God and sciences like philosophy rather than believing in a cartoon written by someone, because it's just one version of the thoughts of a servant who, in general, is not much different from other humans.

Making money depends entirely on skills. Whether you are a businessman or an employee, you need to have skills in all fields, including agriculture.

In becoming an entrepreneur, respect for work and valuing hard work are more valuable than skills. I have seen many people who have enough skills and money to become entrepreneurs, yet they are not willing to become entrepreneurs. When asked, the answer is, it is too risky or it is disrespectful to do such work after being educated or it takes more effort to be an entrepreneur, etc. I have heard many excuses that they give against becoming an entrepreneur. Some of my relatives work as chefs in 2 or 3 star hotel, and others are barbers. They all admitted to me that they occasionally watch youtube to learn or expand their knowledge. But they insisted that it was impossible to become a barber or a chef simply by watching those purely theoretical video 

Those are just a few of the professions I've listed, there are hundreds more that you'll never be able to master just by learning online. This is especially true for high paying jobs such as doctor, engineer, banker, and those working in the oil and gas industry.

More importantly, I want to ask you: have you actually taught yourself a skill online and become proficient in that field, or is this just your imagination?
