Yes, in the present time, there are many companies that can provide you with machines. However, they may set certain conditions, which might reduce your profit margin slightly. Even then, you can still establish your business and build your company. If you don’t want to do business this way, another option is to start a business by pooling small amounts of money with a few friends and growing together.
Building relationships with friends to secure sufficient capital for a business also carries risks. Sometimes problems arise when the business is growing well and there may be times when differing ideas on how to implement the business can create problems. Starting a business doesn't require a large amount of capital. Individuals can start with a small amount of capital and usually, when our business grows well, many financial sources will come to provide assistance through collaborative partnerships.

I prefer building a small business independently rather than collaborating with many people at the start because of the risks, as I mentioned and sometimes not all businesses can run well with a lot of investors. Although many people may be successful using this method, I prefer starting my own business with a small amount of capital.

Starting a business requires a lot of effort, hard work, and consistency. Millions of individuals out there has multiple business ideas in their head, one thing is to have the idea while implementing or putting down your ideas into action is another thing. There's no business that survives without proper planning, you've to consider your location, Equipments to use, capital to start, and narrow your product to a particular Niche so you can render an effective service.

Most business owners will practically wants to sell everything and that can hinder growth, just be good at your skill, go for business classes or school if need be, because without proper knowledge of what you intend to sell or make will likely not go well or may be crumble over time. Once your good at what you do, it will even bring more referrals to you, staying in business isn't for the weak at all as it involves risk. Have a friend who studied Business Administration in school and she told me bluntly that she can't do business, this days people pay for classes to attend business schools, that way once you decides to start it will help you to grow gradually and not make too many mistakes.

Planning is very important in busines, being honest, good customer service is another thing to stay in business. There's nothing wrong in starting small, no matter how small the capital is because partnering with friends for business comes with so much distrust and often time's disagreement sets in, and moreover the risk involved is another thing to worry about.

Getting a degree does no longer help because their are thousands of job applicants anywhere there is vacancy especially if it is a job that has huge pay check. Population is increasing and the number of jobs available to is not sufficient, you'll have to compete to get a job and we should not be surprised because by the time the AI robots are done with their testing, companies would be employing robots to take the jobs of workers because they might not be as efficient as the robots. We are getting close to destruction in the name of advancement in technology which is going to kill and suffer the innocent ones.

Yes you are absolutely right, where job circulars are provided for vacant posts. There are the most participants. But it is normal that the number of posts will always be less than the participants. Because most of the current students are going towards unemployment. I think the number of posts should be continuously increased by reducing the salary. Then the unemployment rate will gradually decrease. However, I don't think robots will ever replace humans. Yes, I believe it is currently advancing in terms of technology. But there are many jobs that robots will never be able to do. Human assistance will be needed in those places. So never sit down,Work hard and give your best.
