However, I like your idea, but I don't know how I could do it because UserIDs are not divided by idlocalboard, so I have to find an alternative way to obtain a list divided by local board.

I have thought a lot about how to classify a user as "local" or not.
I would say you can look at his posts on all local boards. When you see a local board that is prevailing a lot over other boards, then you can classify such a user as "local".
For example, I post on local boards a lot, and on a lot of local boards, but you clearly see one local board has a lot more posts than others. Theny, I am a user of that local board.
Simple!

That's a great idea, I'll get to work on it as soon as I have time.
Thank you very much for the advice. Actually, I hadn't thought of that. I had thought of using the bitlist overview to determine the local board to which it belongs, which in reality should already aggregate the posts by board, so it shouldn't be too difficult, but I need to work on it a little.
