What are your steps after completion of decrypt? Am I permitted to know this?

That does what exactly? Anything transaction/address related (checking balance, transactions, blocks) you could probably get it done with any blockexplorer API (Blockchain.com or Blockchair). This is assuming you're building something small and for yourself. For something large scale (exchanges, wallets) you must run your own node.

It's difficult to understand what you're trying to build, but I suspect you're looking for a Bitcoin or cryptocurrency payment processor.
If you have technical expertise, self-hosted options like BTCPay Server are free, or paid on Coinbase Commerce.

I totally agree with what OmegaStarScream said above. There is obviously a language barrier that's causing a misunderstanding. OmegaStarScream has linked you to the local boards sub. See if your language is among the available boards and post your questions there in your mother tongue. Alternatively, you could try writing your post using Google Translate in your language and have it translate it to English. Post the output here and add that the post was written using Google Translate. It might help with figuring out what exactly you need.
