There's nothing wrong with someone investing in land the problem with Nigeria when it comes to land is that must people who has bought lands and had problems later is that there was no proper background check when the land were bought. Most people rush into buying of land when money enters their hands, there should be a good investigation of the rightful owner of the land before releasing money.



In as much as Bitcoin is a very good investment option there is nothing wrong with you investing in land, Real estate and other good and reliable forms of business. As far as business and wealth generation is concerned nothing is wrong going into other forms of investment.

nothing wrong with buying lands and property along side with your paper investments. As a matter of principle of becoming wealthy or getting generational wealth is that you have to build assets across different classes and not just one because when you pack all your investments and put it in a single source , it won’t take a while and it is most likely to get affected and draw you back so the best thing is for you to diversify.

That is not a mistake but the focus here is on whether we are able to do that or not.
Being in investment especially when we can diversify the assets we have is clearly a good thing but it needs to be realized from the start that doing this is not just about intention but the capital we have must be large.

Diversifying when the capital we have (to be used as an investment) is small then I think it will only make us do a pattern that is a little less precise because our focus is too divided into many things (not focused on just one investment) which actually the results are also less than optimal.
Although this is not a problem but it is not really worth it for me, so I prefer to be in just one investment instrument but maximize it in order to get the benefits according to what we expect.

Anyone who don't want united state to get involved is either benefitting from the crime of the rulers or they don't want Donald trump to take over the country's resources.

What I don't understand is why still protect the resources when no citizen of the country is benefitting from it, the rulers cares only about the resources so much that they abandoned their duty and extorting money still from the poor masses.

Donald Trump either having a bad intent in mind or not will still favour Nigeria, trust me, that shit hole needs more than just some fixing, Christian lives are getting wasted all the time.

Look at the global war between Us and other countries, have you seen them trying to get involved in a fight with Russia and China? He knows better that such countries are not coward that is going to silent about any threat from Trump or any person you can think about.

There is nothing Donald Trump can do and even though they want to, don't expect to see anything serious from this people. When they were busy the other spreading Christian Genocide in Nigeria, what did I say? Now it's gone, there is nothing left for the internet to discuss. Some days ago, they said the Nigerian government is collaborating with US government to fight some groups of people but what happen later, since the day we heard about the last sokoto attack on some terrorists, there is no any update regarding that again.

You are right to make that choice at this point. Of course, you need to focus on the current situation in the country where you are a citizen and live. If land or real estate is not particularly valuable, then naturally there is no point in investing in it. But, for example, in my country, it is not so easy to sell bitcoin for fiat currency in order to buy something for myself. Of course, there are options now, but let's say it is still possible to sell a large amount of bitcoin discreetly, but then to build a house with it as if nothing had happened is already difficult. Right now, they're trying to do something to make it possible to invest in Bitcoin legally, but so far, the situation with Bitcoin isn't great. No one is prohibiting people from owning it, but it's difficult to sell it. At the very least, you have to report it to the tax authorities if it's a large amount, otherwise it will be difficult to make large purchases.
