What I still don't understand about Nigeria especially the  trader in the market, is that they keep blaming the high cost of goods on Fuel prices but when the price reduces their good won't reduce, I feel apart from the government, we are also the ones adding injury to this economic situation. Because of greed you will increase goods that an average Nigerian person would find it hard to buy, not only food even in transportation too. Even if someone has multiple sources of income, it doesn't mean that we will be buying whatever price we see in the market. I wish the government can copy they type of system of the western world, where foods, services, transportation prices are regulated. Then the government to must try and create more infrastructures that can create more job opportunities for the people. But corruption won't let them do that

While growing up our parents make it ring into our heads that money doesn't grow on trees. Definitely they are right, that's why it's vital to handle our money responsibly. But still in this part of the  country cost of living its so high that the poor and average masses are working  tirelessly  to keep balance.

some are working  longer hours  to make ends meet, while some have less time to spend with their family, and when prices increases rapidly, we may not hardly notice, especially if salaries are not keeping  pace. However, when prices shoot up and wages stay the same. We can become anxious and stressed particularly when if we have family to care for and compounding bills that you can hardly create room for a penny to go into bitcoin  investment or diversify portfolio, and right now the  price of things are getting more higher breaking the law of physics because they never coming down.

And so many of us tends to engage in different jobs just to meet up and at the end of the day you don't have time for your self or for your family or for health issues that may occur. And it's so overwhelming that one can be anxious and as a result loose his or her mental state.
How do you handle this⁸ kind of situation? Please I need suggestions.
The fear in making money or how and where to get dis money is always in our minds because without any work we can just feed urself and family and how hard it's u just need to hustle and get dis money, a saying said money is the root of all evil but you just have to look for means to get it, how things are very cost in dis country you can take like 20k to the market and know you even get something because it will be doing you maybe u throw away the money, will things still get better in this country again

The problem in the Nigerian market is not the local traders  but the distributors that decides on the prices of products,  the distributors controls and regulates the prices of products just to suit there wicked desires without even considering the final consumers that lacks the capitals to meet up to there desires.

I wish our government can pay more attention to making things easier and better for Nigerian's instead of focusing on their political career and fighting each other for their selfish reasons, people are going through a lot on daily basis as most families hardly eats well.

I do tell my friend's that I don't like going to the market to get goods or anything of sort as most times I end up in a bad mood because of the price of things at the market, today you'll get something at a different price and the next minute it will be different price altogether, the poor are not even the ones been affected only I know someone who works in an oil and gas company with 4 kids,  he says even with the fact that he can provide isn't easy on his side as his wife can go to the market with a reasonable amount only for her to return with few things from the market.

To even save or do investments is difficult this period except for those who are working and earning good money or those into businesses, I just hope that our Leaders will do something real quick about this matter.

One of the major problem we have in Nigeria are the marketers that sell goods, I understand that the economy is harsh and it has made them to increase the prices of food but atleast when prices are hiked and the prices of fuel crashes down the marketers ought to reduce the Price of goods too but in our case what goes up never comes down anymore , Most times we are the cause of our problem not even the politicians because we don't consider ourselves before taking drastic actions that will affect the poor Nigerians.

As a Nigeria when you go to the market to purchase goods you will realize that naira doesn't have value, because by the time you buy something of about a hundred thousand naira and what you have bought is still very small compared to the amount you have spent and the salaries of civil servants are very poor compared to the bills they pay, so it's difficult to survive and it's not really easy for anyone currently, the government should try and regulate the prices of goods so the less privilege can survive.

When dollars go up we are in trouble against the market sellers and even when the dollar is not up people who sells in were wealthy people live still sells in the same high price, if someone wants to see a every moderate prices, they should avoid buying some food products on places like estate because they would be selling twice the price in the main market, in Nigeria a bag of rice could be sold in more than 20 different prices from the sellers because every shop you go to will have a price they're selling either it will be very lower than the first or higher so is a problem why everything always go different.

Inflation is really telling on most people in this country. As for the average people, they no longer thinking of carrying good project, instead, people are more interested on how to feed their families with many people not even eating the required food they ought to, and many have relocated from major cities to smaller towns, all because of high cost of rentage and high cost of living.
In other to survive in this situation, you should ensure not to be buying everything, and see how you can have more than one stream of income, do not live above your income and avoid purchasing things that are of less important to you.

When it comes to feeding, you can decide to buy even some farm land and cultivate on them, instead of buying every food and vegetable you want to eat. These and other methods you can use to lessen your expensive in other to survive in this time of inflation.

As of today fuel price is #1300 and with this new price expect high cost of living in Nigeria, whenever the mode of transportation is high traders increases price of their services to the people. Th poor masses will suffer most because their salary will not be increased, rent will go up.

The solution is for Government to rehabilitate the four refinery and refine our oil at home , because if they do no matter the crisis in the oil global market, the government will help to subsidize for the people, in our case Nigeria has no working refinery and the war between Iran and the US will effect world oil global oil, expect high cost of fuel if the war doesn't end soon.

I dont think the local traders are to be blamed in the high cost of commodities all over the nation as most of then sell according to the price they buy, they get involved in those mini business just to make profits and that is there primary obligations which they dont wish to deviate from. The problem in the Nigerian market is not the local traders  but the distributors that decides on the prices of products,  the distributors controls and regulates the prices of products just to suit there wicked desires without even considering the final consumers that lacks the capitals to meet up to there desires.

Whether it’s coming from the local traders or the distributors are the ones responsible for the controls and regulates the prices of products just to suit their selfish desires, at the end of the day we are still our problem in this country. People keep blaming dollar price against the Naira as reasons why there’s this rise in cost of goods and services, but even when at a particular time we see the Naira appreciates a little to the dollar you would be expecting that the same way the price of goods and services will reduce but still it doesn’t. In all I think the government is truly to be blamed for everything happening in the country because if truly they care about it’s citizens they would be able to checkmate on every sector and regulate the cost of goods and services to suit the populace.

the actions of citizens when it has to do with the prices of commodities is the reasons behind the high increase of price of commodities and not the government or even the increase or decrease of dollar prices. I know the government deserves to be blamed because of some reasons but we citizens also need to be cautioned and bring back to other as we find opportunities in any little mistakes that is why the cost of commodities can not be reduced.
In our markets now traders identifies scacity as an important opportunity of making higher profit  and never consider there hash economic situation affecting all but are only interested in what they will gain and  not how others feels.
To make things work let us change our mentality of using any opportunity for our advantages before holding on what the government will do for us.
