AI will end scarcity and high cost maybe within 30 years and that happen only in specific hemisphere, but elon is known to be overly optimistic sometime that he delivered something years behind schedule.
I don't expect AI to solve these things within my lifetime so I will save my money and will keep holding bitcoin. Enforced scarcity with total supply cap will save bitcoin but I doubt we will face this problem in our lifetime for it to be worth thinking about.
Right, for some reason there are so many people who are too optimistic on the capabilities of artificial intelligence to get rid of much of the problems of modern life and civilization, when many of those problems are implicit of mankind in general.
I am not so optimistic about AI and how it could help to reduce hunger, make food more accessible or reduce bad working conditions, actually, I believe AI will only be used to replace as many people as possible from supply chains, increasing unemployed.
