My experience with BETMOCO.

First of all, Betmoco has a hassle-free sign-up process. It took me less than 1 minute to sign up.

I saw that there are many options for deposits. However, my personal preference has always been USDC, so I deposited 15 USDC. But unfortunately, I deposited on the BSC network, which is why my deposit was not automatically successful. I immediately contacted live support, and the live agent representative was very helpful and friendly. The support agent told me that they accept ERC20 networks for USDC. Since I made it on the BSC network, it requires manual review and will take some time. But what I liked the most was that he offered me a temporary solution. That is, he will credit my account with $15 so that I can play casino games until my problem is resolved. Very professional behavior.

1. The spacing of the text on some pages like Fairness, Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, Privacy Policy, About Us, and Privacy Policy, needs to be fixed. It will be easier for users to read if you write as neatly as possible.


2. I checked the console of the Betmoco website and found some unnecessary "TEst" logs and some Syntax errors. In my opinion, after all kinds of tests are completed, the website console should be clean at the production level. A clean console both enhances the beauty and protects the website from security threats.


3. When I click on the search icon, the login modal pops up. It takes me to the search page, which is fine, but if the login modal is open, it will be confusing for the users, and they will wonder if they have to log in again. It is better if the modal is not open.

4. The Logout State on the Global Settings page is not showing properly. It is showing "[object Object]". In the UI JavaScript object is not showing properly here. Any specific property of the object should be shown here.


5. The style of the ticket close modal is not very nice to look at. It is very simple. It should be made more beautiful. The opacity is also very low. The text is not readable properly.


Overall, Betmoco is a very good platform. Anyone can feel free to have a casino experience here. Personally, I find the platform to be quite nice.

Registration and Logins

• Registration process, for some unknown reason I ran into some errors while trying to get my account going which was a bit of a headache especially that the error I encountered wasn't explained of what needed fixing not until I changed it to desktop mode then managed to setup my account which was all trail and error.
  
  
  Another thing that requires a touch up in the backend is the other options of logging in  as it seems the Devs forgot to enable third party logins or something as it remains blank as can be seen from the attached photo below.

User interface

• Won't dwell much on this but just love that it's different from what we usually see out there especially knowing that most are based on betby but not for BETMOCO which is a plus.
• while we still on the UI issue I think for ease of use the deposit and withdraw interface needs a face lift for players  get around much easily.

Coin support + (Deposits and withdraw)  

• Looking at available coins to play with, let's just say we have a fair share of coins available to choose from but my main concern is not showing the Blockchains of the tokens especially that we have several blockchains that we use today on a daily and it wouldn't be great to lose coins based on assumptions of supported chains we choose.
  

 

• In terms of Bitcoin deposits, I see that we are using  the older P2SH addresses and it's been a minute  since I used this, hopefully in the near future we can migrate to SegWit bench 32 address to allow for efficient & much quicker transactions and cheaper fees inspite of BTC fees being already low as of today which is a benefit passed on to the customers. And another thumbs up for BETMOCO is having a minimum of $10 as startup capital to play here .
  

• For withdrawals, great to see a minimum of $10 is used here, which is inviting to all kinds of gamblers as competitors in the crypto gambling industry mostly go for $20 or $50+ as the minimum.
  

Gameplay experience  

• Betmoco being both a casino and sportsbook,  I wasted no time to jump on to the sportsbook to see how their markets are priced and if we could stream games while gambling, unfortunately streaming games wasn't available nor was it possible to bet on live games which sacks but great markets I must say & hopefully more perks like streaming will be available in the future. But when it came to markets available, I won't complain here plenty of markets to choose from and that's a big plus to beating  the bookies And another plus that sports punters will appreciate is having cashouts and for a Sportsbook in 2026 I believe this is a must have and we get it with Betmoco

• Third party logins need to be be fixed/added to help users avoid having a mountain of passwords
• Global settings doesn't do anything when clicked not sure if this is the same experience we get on desktop but didn't work for me.
  Secondly couldn't find 2fa authentication on site , it would be nice to have this for an extra layer of security
• When it comes to deposits and withdrawals , User interface is too basic and without the extra information of which chain the tokens/coins are supposed to be sent, one might easily send unsupported coins to their Addy and as a fix extra information should be included here
• When it comes to deposits,I thought the notification bell would alert me when coins have hit my account but nothing of that sort happened as I manually had to see them on my account bar or go to the transaction cabinet for this information. Would appreciate to see this information come via email or better yet a notification on website

Did some pentests to check if anything was out of place, and my deep check came with results of medium concerns, attached photo for Devs interest.

My Review:

First, the signup was not hard and simple like most other casinos out there. No confirmation mail was sent to confirm if the email was active or not. I only got an email of successful registration, which did not get to the main mailbox but ended up in the spam folder.

The casino interface is easy to navigate, you can easily locate whatever you want without stress, fast-forward to deposit. I saw Tether as a deposit chain option, which I clicked on to confirm if there are actually real chains for tether USDT, but the deposit page doesn't always show up if I click on confirm.

From the transaction history, I observed that all the time I was trying to check if the option "Tether" would bring out any deposit address was all recorded and marked as cancelled; which brings me to the question:
1. Are addresses generated based on the amount a player wants to deposit?
2. What will happen if a player reuses an address without clicking on deposit next time?
3. And if, after choosing to deposit $20, and I send the amount below that what will happen? Will it be credit, or will I need to contact support for manual funding?

Games testing/playing:

Feel like playing slot games. The filter is okay and easy to use, you could easily pick pragmatic play and all the games from the provider available on the casino are displayed.

First game: went to Gates of Olympus, since it gave given me a few lucky wins last year, I went all in on a bonus buy $20, high risk ready to loss it all in one go but I won $38.14 which is $18 profit.


Second game: Fire Stampede, which I only played a few hands and left. The display remains okay, but I feel like changing to another game.

Third game: Sweet Bonanza. The first few hands lost, then I decided to go with bonus buy on this again. The $20 bonus buy came out with a $6 profit, which is not bad at all.


Withdrawal:
Just requested withdrawal of $44 using the TRC-20 USDT option. Will update the review once the withdrawal arrives.



I observed that when I checked my play history, my device used was showing as desktop even when I’m clearly using the Chrome browser on the IOS device without activating the desktop mode.

Even as the casino is easy to use, I could only find a demo written for some games, but I can’t find the option to actually make use of it. I would suggest you make it an option for players to choose which mode they want to play with.

I did not bother to test your support since you are still open for hiring. 

On the login and signup page, if you are supporting it, you should make the options available, or just disable it, as one might think it's the network that's delaying it from loading. 

Your security; no email to confirm withdrawal was sent, no login notification was sent, and I could not find where to enable an extra security layer to protect my account, which the user above has also pointed out no 2FA.
