Despite all these bad treatments on the youths, during election it is still the same youths that will go and snatched bilot box for theses selfish and greedy people. A youth is ready to kill his fellow youth just because he wants to deliver his pay master instead of coming together to tackle these old men.

I just wish the youths could wake up.
this is the main reason why this selfish leaders dont want the youth to grow, they just want to place a limitation on you, they just disarm the youth by keeping them limited and making them feel less of themselves so that can make use of them all the time. they know that given the youth power will make them not useful to them, that's why they inflate poverty and hungry as to keep them low and dependent. so that in this situation, they can never say no when this selfish men give them assignment or task to execute. although the youth can still make a positive impact if they want, but the truth is that this selfish leaders has divided the youth and paid some to work against the others. the more the youth plans to make changes the more information is sent to this men, and they bring down anyone trying to bring peace. and this is making it look like the youth are not making any effort.

It is quite unfortunate that today in our country, the elites that call themselves greedy politicians in our dear country have decided to remain in power forever thereby making very difficult for the youths to grow politically.
In fact, you even need to have Abraham as a father before you can get any appointments talk more of elected position.
Because of their selfishness and greed, they will never want see any youth grow politically rather they prefer the youths to remain their boy boy..

All Nigeria politicians are using the  destiny of our youths for there own growth and development by putting hungers on them or blocking there access of becoming independent. They knew that once they showed the youths a way where they'll become independent, they won't see anybody around them again which will be the beginning of there failure.

youth that will wake up without any money with them not to talk of the foods that he will eat and suddenly someone gave them a pea nuts change which they think will go a long way for them, anything that the person say or commands, they must obey because, they think the person have help them and that's the only way they will pay him back not knowing it's there duty and responsibilities.
But almost this things affect the illiterate individual or youth because, someone that is literate will definitely think positively.

Well I must tell you that the only youths that can grow political are the children of the present politicians, most especially people like the son of the president who is already growing politically, and also the son of the current minister of Abuja, who I hear his son will be contesting for their constituency House of Representatives, so when you hear news like this you begin to wonder if there is hope for the common man in terms of politics in Nigeria.

Personally I don’t think there is much opportunity for the common man to grow in politics, first of all you will have to serve and if I must ask how long are you going to serve this bunch of old politicians before you can have an opportunity of occupying an executive position, you must have done their bidden duty, and you might still not be guaranteed a political position.

A hungry Man can do anything to get feed. The politicians knows what they are doing, they are intentionally making sure that the vast majority of the people remain in poverty and uneducated, because they will need them in election to continue to remain in power. There need to be a revolution in this country for the dynamics to change. If are waiting for the old politicians to hand power to the youths, am sorry that day will never come.

You are very correct hunger is one thing that can indirectly distract once attention from the truth if been tempted with success of income,  after seeing what citizens are capable of doing our political representatives deem it necessary to temper or disorganised the economic sector by increasing the cost of living and also poverty rate so it won't be easy for citizens to question there authority as they know all attention will be challenged to providing for our families why they continue with there wicked and treacherous lifestyle with they think is the best without knowing that is one major mistake they shouldn't have made in the first place. Majority of citizens in Nigeria are living in poverty when there  are resources capable of providing for all which I know one day revolution must speak and freedom given to all

We hope and pray a day will come to take position over the government and to rule the old ones because this old fools are sitting comfortably without from of pity to the youth just to rule over them, the youth need to fight for themselves if not this old ones are not ready to leave power for them, they are just their to give them orders in how to kill the innocent souls and pay them.

It will only take the grace and mercy of God to change this country. The corruption in the country is really too much and the leaders of the country are not helping matters at all, they are just rotating power among themselves and making sure the people don't get so comfortable so they can easily manipulate them.

Of course there is need for a revolution in the country it is what everyone but the politicians pray for. Maybe that can help us with the change wey pray because the politicians don't care about the country all they care about is making themselves rich and pumping more money in to their accounts.

With the natural resources and riches of this country it is enough to change and improve the economic conditions of this country but the leaders are not ready for this change, it's really a pity that an ambitious country like Nigeria will still be suffering and remain in this poor state.

Of course youths will grow politically in Nigeria but the issue is it will certainly take a really long period of time to get what we desire. We all know that for a country like Nigeria which population is large, or is just but a few of our youths who are politically conscious and even find it interesting to involve in the affairs of the state of which I mean even electoral activities. The current level of apathy in politics in our youths is so alarming that some of the youths do not even have voters cards.

Today we are saying the old heads won't want to give power or hand power over to the young bloods yet we are forgetting that power is taken and not given. If the youths decides to get up today and with the right majors fight for power, there are high hopes that it will be taken but if the youths decides to sit and expect the country to develop, then there's no hope for them the young bloods.

Currently in some parts of our country, there are political offices which are occupied by young men and women who have seen it s a thing they want and with the zeal, they have even collected offices from old men who have been there for over 15 to 20 years, doing nothing.

Make I follow shout it will be long for this to happen anytime soon, see the truth is that the greedy old guys up their are not even ready to share a single drop of government funds with anyone talk more of giving the youth to take over Nigeria, as we are currently talking right now some older folks are even ready to kill to get younger again just to take over Nigeria and that just the bitten truth about Nigeria, just take a look at only the president of Nigeria who is almost close to his 90s still fighting to get up there with Nigeria and look at many younger blood and still the painful part is that nobody want to say a words about before there get killed.

One problem Nigerians have, especially the youth is that they want a change, but they are not willing for the change to start with them, because only very few youth of nowadays are interesting in politics matters, talkless of being a politician.

As it stands now, we can not unseat this old politicians because we are not in the system, but if our youth are ready to go into the system with full force, I believe that in the next four to eight years, we are going to have candidates below forty years of age competing for governorship, president and even house of senate positions, it's just the will the Nigerian youth are lacking because I know my fellow country men, that anything we put effort and much interest in, will reap dividend later in the nearest future.

How can the youth grow politically when they have position their selves as a tool to be used by the so called political godfather. Secondly, the political godfather have decided to make the youth poor so that they will continue to use them.they believe that if they empower the youth no body will be used as a political thoughs or who will be snatching ballots boxes for them. These are the reason why the youth can't not grow political in Nigeria.
You are actually right, they don't have the interest of the country at heart and that is why they are the same people who are killing the youth, they don't want them to grow at all because they will not have people that will dance to their tune they allow them to grow. I don't know maybe you have not noticed our politicians today, they have gradually migrated from godfatherism to the family inheritance, what i mean here is that they now choose inheritance over godfatherism, because they believe that their power is always Limited if they go for the position of godfatherism.

Our politicians now decided to make Power an inheritance meaning they are now pushing their sons and Daughters into politics so that if they retired it will continue as a family inheritance and with that there may still remain in the same power they started with.

This is a typical example of what is happening in Rivers State as at today, the former Governor Nyesom Wike is now carrying his Son everywhere he goes on political tours and campaigns making him known to his political allies and introducing him to the game,  this he is doing because he has the intention for him to run for the House of Representatives in his constituecy so you can now see that the politics of God fatherism is gradually fading away and the politicians wants to plant their children making it look like an inheritance.

It is true that politicians don't have the interest of the masses at heart and as such they are concerned about enriching themselves and their families and because the country is so corrupt that no politician is demanded to give a proper statement of account after service or at the end of their tenure so they are at liberty to embezzle funds without questioning. The corruption in Nigeria is high and it will only take the grace of God for us to have a good leader.
