Some of these casinos are really old. I checked their accounts and saw they even had signature campaigns way back in 2014. I only joined the forum in 2015, so that’s probably why I wasn’t familiar with them at the time. My era was more about PrimeDice and all those dice games, although I never really played dice that much myself.

Back then, I mostly stuck to sportsbooks like NitrogenSports and Cloudbet.
Cloudbet is still around until now, which is impressive honestly, one of the real OGs in the space.

As a matter of fact it wasn't that too long I started gambling and also, my gambling started from this forum as a matter of interest and since I have been around the space I just learned to adjust by it to sail through it. Yes, it was quite unfortunately that I wasn't that involved in gambling that earlier to know those casinos but few I have known so are cool with me which I found trust in them and never regretted being part of it and also using them to gamble. I believe as time goes that is how I would be that exposed to more casinos if only they proves themselves beyond reasonable doubts.

I missed the old casino especially the time we don't have to do KYC. They close their business because of many reasons which we don't know. It could be competition, bad management, lose player trusts or other reasons. But some casinos close the business because they don't have much time to manages.

But nothing last forever so it is normal if the old will replace with the new one. We should adapt the current situation and if we want to still playing gambling, we should choose the right casinos.

actually there are many of them even before i was registered on this forum, maybe if you want them you can go to the ANN discussion thread and search on the previous pages you will see them, that is only the advice i can only give you if you need one.

that's how life is, there is nothing permanent in life, surely the young shall grow. the more old casino are fading away, the more new ones emerge.

i dont even think if i have ever used those old casino before, so there was no win. and i think those casino may disappear due to high level of competition or lack of proper management or any of the listed option you have given at op.

I haven't had much experience playing in old casinos for a long time. I only tried a few; besides Stake, I tried Freebitco.in and Bitvest. I only tried with a few deposits, not playing for a long time. 
Businesses always face new competition, but the strong ones will surely survive, especially in retaining their old customers. Those who are new now will also grow big in the future when they can compete. And they will also face the same challenges from other new casinos with features or updates following technological developments.

But I would understand though that those who have been at almost the start of the boom of crypto casinos to really sort of reminiscing the old days. As I understand it, there was no KYC before and you will just have your Bitcoin address for withdrawals and that's it.

I guess we can never go back to that time that KYC is not mandated.

Well, I miss one casino, and that is the casino I first wore their signature ad on this forum, I am trying so hard to remember the name of this casino but unfortunately, I can't recall their name and I am not really happy about this since I am a kind of person who loves to remember everything about my first time to something.

And the thing is, I don't think this casino just became unpopular, they have actually ceased to exist and I don't know why, this was the first casino I know of that claimed to be a web3 casino, they were reigning in those days alongside BetFury, but today, they are gone and BetFury is still here and doing well, shows how the life of a business can be.

YOLOdice, if I remember correctly, had a pretty good reputation in the forum. They didn’t shut down because they scammed people, it felt more like a decision only they really knew the full reason for. Personally, I suspect regulation played a big role. That’s also why we don’t see many dice sites operating anymore.

Governments now want every gambling platform to be properly licensed, and some of these sites probably couldn’t comply with the requirements, so closing down made more sense. Still, they’re in the business and they know how things work. It wouldn’t surprise me if they eventually come back with a new platform that fits the current trend and can comply with the newer regulatory rules.

Personally, I still remember PrimeDice and Directbet. I like Directbet just because of the way it worked like sending directly to a wallet and automatic payouts in a specified wallet or the sender's wallet. I don't remember exactly what happened to them but it's a good casino site.

There is also the lottery site. I forgot what website it is, but it's kind of a good-looking site that I won a little amount, only the amount I bet. Aside from that, it's something I wouldn't recommend to bet a lot. For the biggest win, I received $200 for a $5 bet which is very nice.

I didn't miss old casino and betting platforms, most of the opportunities these new casino gives us, if I have them back then, I might have won some good amount of money than I would have today. In old betting platforms, other is no cashout, there was a time I had a long parlay with potential amount of money that can change my life, but 1 last game damage the bet and I lost everything, it was very painful but today we have plenty of cashout in all casinos.

We have simple features in betting, imagine that you could bet and have an option to get back your money if your conditions are not permanently met, there are some options that are very simple to win now that if they are available back then, many casino will crumble but today, all of them are doing it because they want customers to feel they are the only people that do give this option, more like marketing to attract customers to their casino.

Old-school casinos haven't disappeared; they definitely still exist. Online casinos just joined the mix in this generation. It doesn't mean the 'old ways' are gone, because many gamblers still prefer the physical casino experience over the online one.

What changed is the accessibility. Before, playing in a casino felt exclusive to members or VIPs. But now, anyone can easily access gambling through online crypto casinos, regardless of their status.

Trustdice is known for its most famous dice games. They stayed in the forum for almost 3 to 4 years. All the time I used the casino to gamble, everything was smooth and easy.

Sportsbet.io left the forum last year. Sporttbet.io has one of the largest community events in the games and rounds section. Hosted many contests.

It is Stake that I am using, I do not miss any other casinos. Don't remember... and now it's no longer the old school casino, everything has evolved into today's more trendy casino which continues to keep up with the times.

I don't know if there are any faithful still playing at the old school casinos? At least there are still active until now, for example Crypto.game can be said to be an old school casino... but I myself have played there the impression is less interesting because the games are all old school, in contrast to casinos now that the visual game is better and more interesting.

freebitco.in is a legendary old gambling website that was actually played by those who were here before on the forum. I remember when Dogecoin was still cheap, and that was one of the websites where you could play if you wanted to use your Dogecoin. Its counterpart is freedogeco.in, which uses doge to play. Many people used up their doge at that time because it was not expected that its value would increase significantly. These were the times when Elon hadn't hyped the doge yet.

These are the casinos on which i had been that have the experience on playing on. Some of them are still running the campaign like Stake but when it comes to promos and discussions then most of their ANN threads arent that not active anymore or seldom there are people who do post or OP do make out some promotion post but not just as active in comparing before. Well, we do know that there are other marketing methods or ways on which a business could be that focusing into. We do know that once they do saw that this forum isnt that getting too much traffic then they would be that jumping into other ways of marketing.

For those companies like Stake that still running up their campaign even up to now which do signifies that they are still getting traffic here. It doesnt make that much of noise but still they are existing.

Basically I miss some of the casinos that used to be places I often visited when I wanted to bet or play some games but as time goes by more and more online casinos appear so we slowly start to switch. In the past, I remember having a big win on a casino site, but I no longer remember the name of the casino because it may have been a long time ago and there may be many reasons why they are now gone, either bad management, lack of ongoing promotions or even worse being included in the category of casinos that have a bad reputation for several reasons.
