So, does this mean they paid all the bettors who placed a bet on those odds(excluding the bettors who might have known about what Yuri Andrade is planning)?
In some media that I read, this trick was already planned, Andrade had already claimed victory, as I saw in one of the articles.
Andrade claims he used a legitimate bookie in Las Vegas to make bets, and says he plans to pocket the money to buy a giraffe with his winnings.
He only issued a $500 fine, as Andrade said.
Andrade was arrested and charged with trespassing. He was released on $500 bail Monday morning, but says it was a small price to pay since he reportedly made close to $375,000 on prop bets that there would be a streaker at the Super Bowl.
Even though he got their winnings, the impact of Andrade's behavior had an impact on other bettors, I saw several sports bookmakers refusing to pay out to other bettors, in this case maybe Andrade wins and enjoys the results, but maybe not other users.
