Update:
After I wrote in the chat that I'd left a review about them on the forum, they immediately transferred the money they'd been holding for 10 days. Funny.
First off, apologies for the delay, we wanted to make sure this is settled from our side first before responding.
We understand how frustrating it is when a withdrawal doesn’t go through immediately, so I want to clarify what happened from our side.
Our Sportsbook provider (Betby) flagged your activity for syndicated/arbitrage-style betting behavior.
Specifically, we detected the same or very similar bets being placed across multiple accounts on the same selections at the same time, which is a common pattern associated with arb/syndicate groups (multiple accounts moving together on identical lines).
When this happens, the provider can apply restrictions and require extra checks under their risk controls.
Because this is a potential breach of our Terms of Service, your account was temporarily restricted while we:
- requested additional information
- performed additional verification checks
- reviewed the related betting and transaction data with our provider
This type of review (including repeated verification links in some cases) is industry-standard for suspected syndicated activity and withdrawal risk controls.
It can also take longer than normal, which is why support could not give a firm ETA during the review.
As per your update, your withdrawal has now been processed and sent. Please note that it may take some time for the funds to appear depending on your payment method/bank.
If it’s not received within the normal processing window for your method, contact support with your withdrawal ID so we can trace it.
Again, KYC requests occur only in exceptional circumstances, as proven by many regular player testimonials.
Thank you for sharing your experience, have a lovely weekend ahead!
