What is evidently clear, na wetin you d ask. Do you need a seer to make believe sae our politicians d eat the masses money more than they should. Look at the level of poverty, unemployment rate wey d for country upon sae wey d among the top oil producing country, we are still known as the third world country that her people are suffering.

Nevertheless, I just d surprised sae a Nigerian d ask this question of what is known in the country where its politicians are known to be embezzling the country money like sae its fathers own

In the case of Nigeria is dont need a seer to tell me that our resource and money meant for the development of the country have been stolen by our corrupt and self centred political representatives whose main concern is just how to enrich there pockets and never remember why they where elected into offices. How much do you think is the salary of Nigeria senators,  Governors, local government chairman and so on that after leaving office they turn to billionaire overnight  and even do things business men like Dangote most think twice before doing. The leadership system in Nigeria is not centred on accountability or even transpiracy but on constant stealing and high rate of corruption that is why Nigeria finds it difficult to grow the way other countries are doing.

This is a very interesting topic but let me start by saying ; seeing is believing . Whatsoever you can’t see you can’t judge . Thou your instincts maybe right but do conclude by saying all the politicians embezzle the government money . Moreover even tho they embezzle the money you should have thought about the palliative you collected before voting them into power . Politics is trade by batter , give me and give you .

How can you think In such manner mate, how can the palliative given to the masses before voting them into power be a criteria to justify the masses. There is nothing like trade by batter in the political system, no one Force those men to give palliative to the masses. They give those things out of their own magnanimity and not for any exchange for vote. Though people sell their vote because of money, but the truth is that those vote you think they paid you for doesn't count because if vote counts most people will still pay money and fail. I have encountered many people who took money from this greedy politicians and vote for another person but yet they still do it their own way and win afterall. If you could remember the presidential election between Peter Obi, Atiku and tinubu, you will understand that your vote don't count despite what is given to you to make you believe that your vote counts. Your vote don't count in thks country.

And secondly we have faithful politicians, but they are few, and this few face a lot of backlash from their fellow counterpart simply because they go against their agenda. %98 politicians are not faithful because the mentality of people is that once they enter power they will also shear the national cake because they don't know when such opportunity will come again. So hardly you see a faithful one. And even if you are faithful and you enter a position you will be tempted to embessle or you lead without anything.

I always feel the same way that all the politicians are corrupt. However, I think some of them still have conscience. If we compare some of the past administration with what we are seeing now . It is very obvious that they were more good and faithful to the people than what we are seeing now. Some of there policies if not all, reflect the peoples at heart but with what is happening now in Nigeria it appears the politicians now are more unfaithful.

It has gotten so bad that even the ones that are trying their best are still seen as bad, i understand how you feel dear but out of all the politicians in Nigeria, the only one I'm proud of is Gov Alex Otti, he's doing his best to serve the public and has transformed Abia State from a being the dirtiest state to a place anyone in the nation can relocate to.

He's provided good roads, electricity and even transformed the dirty Ariaria market into an ultra modern market with good road network,security amongst others. Alex has been very transparent and even refused to join other governors in the one party system the president is trying to implement. It is true that a good percentage of the politicians are corrupt but Alex Otti stands out and I'm proud of him, you can check his record to see for yourself.

Politicians most especially Nigerian politicians have been embezzling Nigerians money, because when you see the kind of property and investment that they have, you will understand that their salaries are not enough for them to have such properties investments and cars, have you asked yourself why politicians are not rated as among the richest men in the world, that is because the money they have isn’t there money is mostly money that is meant for development of their countries, they don’t use the money for development of their countries instead they prefer using the money for their personal business, Nigeria politicians have been stealing and embezzling the country’s money which is why mostly Nigeria and African isn’t developed, most especially the West-African, East African, Central African countries, and some of the South African countries aren’t developed because their leaders keep stealing and embezzling money meant for development of their respective countries.

I  dont know if it is because of the skin in us that makes us choose corruption over other good ways of life or if its because of something else,  after making series of findings I have been able to understand that even the smallest countries of the white is fear much better that us that are richly blessed with series of mineral resources.  In all African countries all you see common among them is corruption,  leaders stealing and diverting public funds to his, leaders betraying the interest of citizens because of greed, and other related acts. Not that we dont have what is takes to become better but our leaders are easily manipulated and diverted by there own greedy mindset making it easy for the white to achieve there dreams. Imagine France economy that depends heavily in the resources generated from Africa becomes very good while where does resources are coming from still lives and survives in poverty all because of corrupt leaders that allow themselves to be manipulated that is why when Burkina Faso deny them access to there resources there economy crashed by some percentages which will go down more if other African countries could step up.

This is not a talk of seeing is believing,  because their is no way can be their when this politicians take this money, but we all know that politicians in Nigeria embezzle public fund steady. I don't think we have any faithful politician in Nigeria,  what I think we have is that some are worse than the others, but they are all thieves with no one exempted. We can see how most of them is dragged by EFCC when they step on the wrong foot, even if we know that nothing will happen at the end, but it's just an evidence that they are all thieves, so I don't need to see them before I judge them.
