OP, your case is considered resolved, but it seems you don't get that yet. you got hacked, bc.game compensated you with a bonus, you accepted it, you got unlucky and lost it.

yapping about the 1x wager after the fact, when you yourself accepted it and played with those funds is not going to change anything.
i'm sure it's a very shitty situation for you, but what's done is done, just move on, you are not gonna get anything more out of this if that's what you are trying to do.

I wonder if he even understands what he writes or if it's just some random AI nonsense.
in fact all his replies so far were with some help from AI, only AI writes like that.

After going through everything here, the OP made a very big mistake by using the bonus that has 1x wager sent to him, you can’t use the bonus and then come back for another money it’s not possible.
BC.GAME has not be trustworthy and they have not been handling matters very well, they shouldn’t have sent the OP the money as a bonus with 1x wager it’s not right.
The OP made his case weak by using the bonus knowing fully well it came with a 1x wager, since you have used it you don’t have a case anymore because using it means you have accepted the method they used is compensating you.
You don’t have a case here anymore, so forget about this case and don’t use the casino anymore.

UPDATE #4 - Case Documented Externally

The record of this case is publicly documented and verifiable. For any new readers, the summary is as follows:

My 2FA-protected SVIP6 account was drained in 32 seconds on January 17, 2026. BC.GAME support stated such an event was impossible. It occurred anyway.

After 90+ days and three inconsistent explanations, BC.GAME publicly committed to compensate the loss. What was delivered was a redemption code with a 1x wagering requirement that was undisclosed before redemption, and only visible after the funds were already locked.

At no point was the intention to engage in gambling, but simply to recover what had already been lost.

The attacker withdrew the full balance without restriction. The account owner was required to accept risk to access the same funds. These are not equivalent conditions.

This case has now been submitted to external reporting platforms. If BC.GAME restores the original balance of 5,640.3878 USDT as raw credit without conditions, this thread will be updated accordingly.

Status: UNRESOLVED - undisclosed substitution of a withdrawable balance with a conditional instrument.
