Ive noticed it was still hashing but shows currently off in leaserig. Please just do check maybe you have a hardware problem.

hardware/rig is running fine. iam unable to connect to leaserig.net sorry for the inconveniece will compensate this issue as soon as possible |

hi, please check and refresh page of your pool status in leaserig.net if alive and accepting shares, check your pool settings. check your dashboard for hashrates. i have checked the rig is working fine and accepting shares kindly check on your end |

Hi Sieshin, Yes it is dead due to wrong pool configurations. Kindly check your user name and password settings for pools config. As error pertains to failed pool authentication. Make sure you are registered in that pool. Input in leaserig pool settings your "USERNAME.workername" and password. If this is a P2Pool kindly switch to non P2Pool. will extend lease hours once this has been resolved. Sorry for the late support, been drunk and wasted these past few days hehe. |

I hired your rig for two hours at 0.0036btc.
It only ran a short while and now stopped...
What happened?
Do I get a refund?

Again Skynet picked up my order on both rigs and both went down within 24 minutes in on a 72hr lease. One was refunded right away ( less the fee) and the other appeared to reboot and continue on. The rig that went down right away picked up my order yet again a couple hours later and is cancelled yet again. Either these rigs are very unstable or the rig is cherry picking orders and cancelling when something better comes along. This is definitely bad for renters as we are paying a fee to each time an order is picked up regardless whether seller follows through with the time allotment or not. Fee bombed because of seller is not in my interest. Wish there was a block available to exclude specific sellers when placing open orders. At this time i recommend avoiding either of the skynet 1 or skynet 2 rigs. Nothing you can do when the rigs pick up your open order though.  |

Both skynet_1 and skynet_2 is underperforming.
Should be 1.2 MH but do around 0.8 and 0.9 most of time.
Avoid these rigs. unfortunately, this was order picking so I had little influence.

Could you submit that as a ticket to the helpdesk so we can take a look at implementing it? EDIT: if the rig goes down after 20-30 minutes you should effectively receive that time for free yes? |
