I'm a little confused about what to call the title, but let's start with this sentence....

I'm quite concerned about the negative experiences of gamblers who experience negative outcomes, such as following bets placed by influencers and/or joining prediction groups or paying to join betting signal-sharing communities, with minimal returns, despite the methods they employ to encourage their audience to join such spaces without any clear outcome.

I'm starting to question this.
Does your country regulate gambling influencers, and can they be restricted by preventing them from providing signals or invitations to bet indiscriminately?
If not, should we propose to the government to regulate these influencers so they don't easily engage in such activities without clear standards, such as betting classes, etc.? This could be reduced if the government took more action in enforcing regulations against those who influence gamblers.

The major purpose of gamblers influencers is to promote gambling websites , these influencers are majorly celebrities with massive followers on social media platforms, meanwhile following influencers predictions is totally based on individuals choice, no influencers will force any follower to bet on his or her predictions.
Government can restrict influencers from making gambling predictions, but to me there is no need because apart from the influencers, anybody can make prediction and post online and if a gambler sees it and he or she is comfortable with the prediction they pick it up and bet, if you are not comfortable with the prediction, nobody will force you to gamble on it.

Most influencers that are promoting casinos have partnerships with the casinos they are promoting to get paid in return. Some would ask their followers to switch to new casinos they are using for them to get similar results they were able to get when gambling online. Influencers most time play games where the winnings would look real making people to question themselves if they are playing the same game or if something is wrong with there luck. Most gambling influencers have rigged so many games for their followers.

If you place a bet using an influencers link and you end up losing that's actually on you and it has nothing to do with the influencer because you weren't forced to bet but in a case whereby the thes enfluencers starts advertising for fake casinos then this is not something that is something that is supposed to be overlooked. The input of influencers in gambling are actually taken seriously by their followers.

Restricting influencers would quite easily be restriction of free speech, if we reach a place where saying you like gambling is a crime then its a sad day and we've lost more then just games or the ability to place a bet for money we cant even keep personal interests or hobbies.
Personal responsibility is a thing, you can make out bad with just about anything at all.  Eat too much, bad, drink too much water, possibly lethal and just any activity at all.
I was just reading about a famous fitness influencer who died at 26, he reduced his body fat level to a level where his heart was not good and that was it he is gone.  Do we stop people exercising or telling others, no we just tell the truth about what happened or can happen and that's fair to the risk we all must manage ourselves.

It would be silly to tell fitness influencers to stop doing what they do because of a single and isolated case of an influencer who went too far with their exercises and routines, to the point he sacrificed his own health.
It is similar to people gambling, one cannot restrict people from gambling because there are cases of gamblers abusing their own money and liquidity and fall for addiction.

The only reasonable restriction which was applied to people and adverting in this last century was when the United States forbade tobacco companies to advertise cigarettes as if they were not harmful for smokers and those around smokers.
