I think raffles nowadays is actually not that common in the gambling section here instead people prefer to gamble, either by playing slot games or sports betting than raffles as it hard to make winning. I really don't understand what you are trying to say here. How do millions of casinos try to buy their way into the raffle of others, or do you mean millions of people try to participate all at once in the raffle? If you mean the second, then that's not a problem, as we are only expected to participate with the minimum amount. That's why it's called a raffle: the winning goes to the lucky ones, and we should not be sad about that.

I created an account on Toshi.bet and I happened to opened it and immediately my eyes goes to the farming, and saying $25k raffle. I want to know how many of you that do anticipates on raffle and how often do you win the raffle?
