Just to clarify: the gift from the Wordle puzzle itself does not have a deposit requirement. 
If it wasn’t usable in your case, the most likely reason is GEO restrictions, as some games or bonuses are limited depending on region.

What you might be referring to is the regular 4x 150% deposit bonus that’s a separate, general promotion available to all players and not related to the Wordle reward.
