Well, the thing is, even if you are smart enough against every scammer, you probably might not be able to avoid mistakes completely because mistakes are bound to happen and it is some of those mistakes that causes some investors to lose their asset. For example, mistakenly sending your coins to the wrong wallet through wallet poisoning or click board virus, you could also visit wrong website and then get your device infected with some undetectable malware that scammers can use to spy on you and steal important information from you which will let them hack you successfully.

Well, it is not easy to avoid being scammed but if you can apply wisdom in whatever thing you are doing online then you will rarely get scammed. Although today’s scammers are now using AI to create deep fake images and “fully automated” profit generating bots, the bait is still the same.  If someone tells you they have a “shortcut” to becoming rich, they are really just trying to find a shortcut to your wallet.  So you dont have to be a rocket scientist to beat a scammer, just stop assuming that you are the only one in the world who found the "secret" money making machine.

I know say people wey don here for long understand how good the crypto space is or how the forum is all these while they have been around the community, as matter of fact they understand every single steps the scam do uses to scam people.
On your own you think you are always Smart, very careful, too smart for people to scam you, yous don't get your associated with anything that could caused you problems.

Do you know that problem might come when you don't expect, and of course your could get scammed or being hacked when you don't expect. This brought us to the reason that whatever we see or think of that is not clear on our sight we should be that trying as much as possible to always hit the forum and people around to always talk to them in whatever we are seeing or whatever messages that keeps coming to us both in private or in any other means this would helps us to remain safe and secure towards whatever we doing on the forum. Lots of people love Bitcoin so they do whatever just to make sure they attract your attention especially to those who aren't familiar with how they operate or work out there.

The purpose of creating this topic is because a friend of mine who happens to be claiming guru on the space was hacked and everything was made away from him. When he was telling me this story was traumatized and feels so sympathetic towards what happened this led me to come here to create this topic so that others could learn from his mistakes and remain safe at home without being affected so easily.

Funny enough people who dont get scammed and hacked are mostly those who admit to themselves that yes indeed they can be faulty becasuse that is what i believe. Being hacked or scammed most times is just purely based on the intelligence of the people trying to get to you and your own level of smartness might just be useless in the case. Especially when the hack is targeted or created just for you and you dont even expect it at all e fit even sure me your guy got hacked in the least common way probably why it didnt raise alarm to him, hopefully the experience acts as a learning curve for him.

You're correct, it's not about how smart someone is but being extremely careful matters too cause the easiest way scammers get smart people is by taking advantage of their errors that's why it's very important to be extremely careful not to expose confidential important online or to a third party.

 Although the introduction of AI wasn't for that purpose, it was created for human assistance but scammers decided to take advantage of the invention to make it more easier to carry out operations on their victims.

The truth is that there are people here who can easily fall prey to a scam despite being around the forum for some while now. And there also some dude here who can hardly fall prey to a scam why because they can easily detect scams when they see them. But frankly speaking we can never be very careful, why because if outsides are unable to scam us inside can be able. So in everything we do we should  pray always so that those planing evil against us won't succeed in any way. Mean why we should mind who will trust, and who we call friend. Everyone can fall prey to a scam, all we need to do is to pray so that they can't get to us because if they see that they can't get you directly they might chose to get you indirectly I mean using your friend as a tools or maybe your loved ones because you might be knowledgeable in these aspect of scam but what about those around you? What happened, and how was your friend scammed? This is one thing I did not get from the whole write-up. At least we need to know the method by which he was scammed that made him not be able to detect that he was being scammed until all his holdings had been emptied, as there are some situations that are not controllable; it just happened, which is as a result of being at the wrong place or associating yourself with the wrong people.

Anyone can be a victim of a scam,but there are measures one still need to be aware of in other to dictate their trick and become less vulnerable.It’s not like experienced crypto enthusiasts are exempted from scam but in most cases they fall victim to scam as a result of greed.As an experienced crypto enthusiast,the scam tactics you’re conversant with in 3 years back aren’t the same with today’s scam tactics,that’s why it more important to keep yourself updated on their new strategies used to lure victims into disclosing their login credentials.Nobody is a wealth knowledge in regards to scams if they refuse from learning the security measures.

Thank you for the information, I can't literally say one has grown to the age of not being scammed, you can be conversant with some of their techniques,  but that doesn't mean you are a genius, I  could remember the day I got scammed of 30k by someone in my brother's wife pos shop, my brother's wife said if it were to be her she won't fall for their trap, lately she was scammed of 400k, so for me we don't know it all, some times they may bring new techniques that you don't even have idea of, is just for us to be careful and smart.
