I think Op is not an official Representative of this casino. I was trying to access the casino and contact them for this issue. But unfortunately with my IP and even using vpn this casino is not accessable to me. If anyone able to access the casino it would be great that they let the casino know if they have any official representative here . If not then consult or impersonating can harm their reputation for the business

I also tried to access the casino without the use of VPN and it's actually showing exactly like this in the screenshot above, and I later went on to turn ON my 1.1.11 VPN which I downloaded from Google Play store and it's still showing the exact display that Casumo is not available in my region. I agree that having a proper announcement thread would make it easier for users to find information about Casumo. It's better to keep everything organized in one place. Honestly, this announcement looks too simple compared to how nice the actual website is. Also, as a gambler who usually plays with small amounts, the £20 minimum deposit feels a bit high for me.

The casino's publicity and customer care is very poor, and they do not even care about it because if they did, they would have been busy here with the community to make sure the community's quest about their platform is attended to, and there is no reason to give for them not to be active here on this platform. This attitude of theirs now would give a wrong signal about their casino, making members doubt their online customer care service and its credibility. All these are just the minor things which people use to access a casino to see how serious they are with their business.
