Chase your losses and lose more.

This is not a jest, it's a tested fact. I call this a revenge, and in risky activities, except you have the luck once in a while, it has always been more losses when you try to revenge. As you said, it's better to take it calm and probably let it go, but learn from it so that the losses will not occur again in a big form. One of the ways to achieve this is to be disciplined and prioritise responsible gambling. You need to enforce the caution and make sure your managerial skill is intact.
I agree. It's a fact. Also, I have experienced it many times, and the real trouble is when the game is getting longer, especially in slots. It will keep on eating more money until you are dried out. Minimizing losses is by stopping and not by playing continuously. Avoiding games like the casino and slots will be a good idea. Use them as entertainment only.
Sports betting is the best choice to avoid chasing losses because we can only focus on the games that we have knowledge of. Once they are done, we have no games to play anymore and nothing to bet for unless we will force it to the games that we have no idea about which for me is a stupid decision.
