I do not view AI as a job murderer, but rather as a job relocator. Certain monotonous positions will be eliminated, yet unpredictable ones will emerge, as is the case with technological revolutions in the past. My initial action should be mastering skills which are less susceptible to computerization, critical thinking, communication, creativity, and problem solving. AI is potent, yet it still has no human perception and emotional insight.

Nor do you always have to get a second degree. Within some cases, it can also be the short courses, digital skills, or learning to use AI tools that will make you more valuable than replaceable. Individuals who operate in tandem with technology tend to be in the forefront of the people who are resistant. Individually, I believe that flexibility is in genuine defence. The advancement of Technology brought changes and a very positive one, well I don't have doubt's that most people might be relieved from their duties years to come but then AI can't do things without human inputs. If we look at it in the other hand it has helped to even create more jobs for people as most schools and our young ones are into Tech now.

I watched a video recently where I saw a Robot serving food in a restaurant, but the meals were actually prepared by chef's and cook's who tasted and prepped the meals from scratch to finish to get better result, AI predicts recipe when been asked about a particular meal and choice of food, and AI doesn't even understand human emotions or feelings, creating something original without human effort is one thing AI struggles with, so I think even in years to come, that AI can't completely do everything as human effort is still required.

AI isn't taking job, AI help people to deliver job effectively that's what AI was designed for, as a worker you have to learn AI immediately if you want to keep your job. Your employer might change you to someone that can use AI to deliver results.

The only person you're in competition with is your co-worker or jobseker that's good with AI, they will change you if your don't learn how to use it for toe job.

If you go into the area of field in computer where AI can take over in no time then you will be doing yourself a mischief. Instead, you go into field that does with emotion, empathy, judgement. So such skills like medical and health care, law, emotional psychology, therapeutic sciences. Others like social media content creator, music, comedy, art works, catering, electrical and other hand work like building engineering, plumbing, driving etc. In fact, those kind of jobs that needs your cognitive idea and analysis not excluding emotion. Programming also, which is a part of programming AI itself.

AI is a threat to obsolete jobs, AI will also change the world of work, but its presence does not mean we have to be afraid, we can still exist in the world of work by developing skills that cannot be replaced by AI. You must be ready to adapt amidst increasingly sophisticated developments, we can still protect ourselves from AI threats and take advantage of existing opportunities by focusing on areas that cannot yet be replaced by AI.
Never be afraid to try new things and take risks because this way we can find new opportunities. Risk is part of the process, if you surrender to the threat that is already in front of your eyes, you might miss a valuable opportunity and the results may be far beyond your expectations.

The belief or the notion that AI will take many people's jobs is overestimated. Yes, many workers would be replaced by AI but it will create more jobs. Secondly, these AI tools are so expensive that many people or organisations cannot afford them.

Learning AI tools and applying it in your task is important. AI tools make work easier and faster, so every employee needs to learn how to integrate the tools into their tasks to avoid being replaced. I accept your advise as long as it is something that has to do with individuals upgrading their skills, such advise is good but do we think the government, private sectors does not know the risk involved in dificit of job due to the reason that AI has taken over more jobs than humans.
If this happens, there will be revolts and infact the government will not allow this because they know what it will cause, it might be like nothing at first but their will be total shut down by the masses, it might sound very funny but I don't think that the government will want to risk such, Ai is good no doubt but human beings are excellent afterall they are the brain behind these machines called AI.
