Alts crashing , how bad is your portfolio looking?

What an awful day for alts, it’s felt like it’s been awful forever but my portfolio has just hit lowest it has ever been at -44%.

I am just holding for now but planning to buy some top alts soon as these prices are too tempting.

Curious to know how other altcoin investors are holding up? How down are you?? How long do we think we have till the market bounces? I’m thinking we have at least a few more months of this.

Terrible for those who are still holding on to many altcoins because this decline is quite shocking to those of us who see the current market, don't expect a quick recovery sometimes altcoins are quite difficult to recover, now is my time to avoid altcoins because the potential to fall is greater than the current price.

The market can bounce at any moment just like it has crashed today for no real reason.

I’ve just read RSI on Coinbase is 3rd lowest since 2018 today, and for what reason? What has caused this? The whole market just feels very manipulated lately and all we can do is play them at their own game. They want us all to sell these lows, I won’t be doing that and will buy more as Bitcoin goes down.

Looking pretty bad even with my pretty moderate altcoin position limiting myself at around 3% because I've smelled the bearish sentiment.
Can't imagine people who actually put their money into altcoin and woke up the next day seeing their bag worth third of what it initially valued at.

The worse thing of all is the fact that these altcoin might not bounce at all and just getting supressed by bitcoin.

yup definity a very very bad day for alts holding for now is all we can really do when its down this bad seling at a lost would be to heart breaking. it is tempting to buy in with these prices but got to play it safe an wounder if the hype is over for many coins. we all hope a few months thing will finally improve but all we can do is wait time will tell

Alt market changes with every Bitcoin price drop. Altcoins that experience a deep correction rarely rebound, so unless you sell, it's not advisable to buy the same pairs again. Invest in new altcoins pairs because all the cryptocurrencies that saw significant gains in 2022 and 2025 are unlikely to experience similar gains again.

You are not in all season now so if we see majority of the altcoins falling, then we have to know that they follow after the fall that comes along with bitcoin, because we are now on the bear season and the market is not pumping as we might expect for it in favour of the crypto markets in general ths period, but a little more time to unveil us into altcoins season maybe by next year.

I'm also holding and it has crashed to more than 51%. I will probably do nothing and just watch how it will recover by the weekend.

The market won't take that long before it bounces up. As we can see, there's a time for it to recover and all of these sudden drops will lead to recovery still.

If you're down and you haven't sold then that's good for you. All of these will come to an end again but brace yourself for what's unexpected might come.

The market won't take that long before it bounces up. As we can see, there's a time for it to recover and all of these sudden drops will lead to recovery still.

If you're down and you haven't sold then that's good for you. All of these will come to an end again but brace yourself for what's unexpected might come.

Crypto is not a get rich deal anymore like it was before 2022. I heard back then all alts pumped massively during altseason yet last 4 years there has been no altseason with only a handful doing well. You just have to get lucky i suppose. Those who got in Solana at $10 end of 2022 for example got a 25x in less than 2 years, that’s a great win.

I will continue to hold my alts through all this downside, if it takes another 6 months so be it but hopefully it just takes 3 or 4 and then we start going up again.

If you want to get 10-20x in alts, then now is a pretty good time to start DCA next few months by look of it while they are at these low prices.

Still holding HYPE, weirdly it performed better than before the dip, so it was not as painful as holding other alts. It's the benefit of holding a token that actually have product market fit and generate revenue for buybacks unlike any other.
Next time, try to choose a coin that actually generate revenue if you want growth and resilience.
