I think it's worth contacting the cyber police in any case, but you should be prepared for the slim chances of getting your money back.
I think it will be in vain, in fact the chances in my opinion are zero. Unless there is a cyber police who can really handle it until it's over and the lost BTC can be returned.
Moreover, the incident was already a month ago, so I think reporting to the cyber police is only as a prevention in the future, not for small or big opportunities.
However, we all need to be careful and thorough when dealing with Crypto assets, because otherwise there will be a bigger loss for example, wrong wallet copy or as experienced by OP downloading Phishing Wallets etc.
