Oh man.

I wish I had an Apple Developer account. I've always wanted to port Electrum to iOS, but the fees are outrageous. And I don't even have a Mac.

I *do* have a Play Developer account, but they're going to shut that down in a couple of weeks unless I hurry up and finish writing up my other app.

I'm very sorry you encountered this, it's truly a very expensive lesson.
First of all, you should avoid storing such large amounts of money without a hardware wallet. Even if you wanted to download a wallet, you should never have imported the seed phrase from a wallet where you already had bitcoins. I hope this wasn't your last money, and you can cope with this situation and make a decision to never again hold Bitcoin without a cold wallet and never enter the seed phrase into new wallets, especially hot wallets.

I think it's worth contacting the cyber police in any case, but you should be prepared for the slim chances of getting your money back.

I think it will be in vain, in fact the chances in my opinion are zero. Unless there is a cyber police who can really handle it until it's over and the lost BTC can be returned.
Moreover, the incident was already a month ago, so I think reporting to the cyber police is only as a prevention in the future, not for small or big opportunities.

However, we all need to be careful and thorough when dealing with Crypto assets, because otherwise there will be a bigger loss for example, wrong wallet copy or as experienced by OP downloading Phishing Wallets etc.
