If they notice abuse from a certain region it is well within their rights to not allow users from that region to claim the bonus. Scammers or abusers are rampant in all regions of the world as you know, but when the traffic doing the scamming/abusing is targeted from 1 region, they're going to protect their business.

I don't see anything wrong with the statement personally. If you don't like how they worded something, just don't play there.

Well I don't have much to say, because bet25.com has all the right to restrict any nation from participating in their bonus. but for bet25.com to publicly insult my country, because of few Nigerians who behaved obnoxiously is what a find inappropriate. If bonus-abuse largely comes from one country, excluding them makes sense from a business perspective. I think you're asking the wrong question. Instead of blaming a company, you should ask why this abuse is happening specifically in that one country.

Discriminatory behaviour based on things on which individual has very less or no control. AFAIK this stereotypical attitude is not exclusive to governments. I am not aware about the legality of it but to my moral compass it appears discriminatory thus this discourse. I am sure I will learn more things form you.

Instead of blaming a company, you should ask why this abuse is happening specifically in that one country.

Or may be why from some specific individuals and how can the platform prevent that instead of blaming the whole nation. But anyway I care less about their operations. My concern is very limited.

I understand how bad one can feel when their nation, race, tribe, clan or family is talked about in a negative way. It usually does not sit well, but these things happen every day, and we just grow thick skin and get used to them. As for bet25.com, I think it's within their business interest. Maybe in the past bonus promotions they noticed a lot of abuse, mostly from certain regions via IP addresses, so they are trying to stop that from happening again.

It is similar to how countries ban giving visas to citizens of specific countries due to a few bad elements that tarnish the name of the whole nation. It doesn't mean that the people in the whole country are bad, nor is it "national profiling" or "racial profiling"; unfortunately, the grand decisions will affect the whole nation.

It is also similar to how casinos or crypto exchanges ban users from certain countries from using their services because the country is on the sanctions list due to bad politics and vices by the leaders, such as money laundering or corruption. It does not mean that all the citizens of the country are corrupt or money launderers.

Is it necessary to realize that, for every business, first of all, its own benefits and profits are important? Not allowing any country is totally fine but to restricting any country stating because of bonus abuse is not totally fine.

Have you ever read terms of signature campaigns, contests, events that sometimes have terms that the manager and the company has full rights to assess an application, post, review, art work as eligible or not. They can have terms that they won't accept people from a nation to join their marketing program. It's their business, it's their home, and it's their term. If you are welcome, and you agree with their terms, you can join; otherwise, you simply can not join or ignore their program, in happiness of both sides.

Examples are a lot, but recalling them is not easy.

Again, do you argue with a company because they do something in their ToS?

I possibly have different mindset than you, and I don't complain that, if a company does not welcome me, I accept that and move on. It can be restriction at registration or in marketing programs, but do I lose anything with that term?

I don't because there are many options out there to choose, join and use so why do I have to feel stressful with policy of a company?

In public discourse our actions influence each other. No body is taking stress. We discuss things and express our opinions, which I believe make ways for future community actions. If I feel that someone who is in this forum, is not doing the right thing (legally/morally) I have a right to express my self. It is not that I care about there bonus which has a $5 max winning cap and 20x wager requirement.
Institutions who are using this platform to grow business must be under community scrutiny, that is it.

They're not blaming anyone, they're just excluding them.
Now try to look at it from the casino's perspective: if a certain group of people is much more likely to abuse their service, that's pattern recognition. That's an excellent question to ask the Nigerian government.  You can't expect an online casino to fight crime in individual countries, that's a government's task.
