Yes, to be safe it's better to wait for feedback from people who have actually tried depositing and withdrawing here. The biggest red flag is when deposits are easy, but withdrawals get delayed with sudden KYC requests. If that happens, it's better to avoid the site. Even if they advertise No KYC, it doesn't guarantee smooth withdrawals.

I have come to the conclusion that when some small casino starts by advertising itself as non-KYC on places like this one, they actually mean their platforms has decreased their dependence on KYC documents in order to provide services to gamblers, rather than meaning they do not need to ask for KYC at all.
One needs ultimately to take a look at their Terms of Service to know which is the actual role which KYC plays on their ecosystem and realize there they are regulated/licensed or not.

In the same case of Betmoco, if they claim to be fully regulated, but at the same time they advertise as a free-KYC service, then I would be extra careful with giving them money.

We understand that our new page may feel unfamiliar, but please note that since we are currently crypto-only, we operate under our license in a way that does not require the standard KYC process you would normally see with traditional payment methods. When we introduce FIAT payment options (coming soon), standard KYC checks will be required for real-money deposits through those channels. For crypto users, the process is smooth and streamlined.

Regarding the promotion: since we are still new, we also want to approach people who may not yet be very familiar with cryptocurrency. Our goal is to make the entry simple and accessible. This is just the beginning; more diverse promotions, offers, and reward structures will follow as we grow.

I understand you're new to the Bitcointalk, but it's easy to see how much content there is on much more complex cryptocurrency matters. So creating content about how to deposit and withdraw crypto as a reward for Bitcointalk users is as logical as throwing a tree into a forest.

I have nothing against KYC but when I see policies such as this, where your ann says one thing, and your platform says another, I just don't like it. People would just tell me, oww this is the norm for all the casinos, you should just go on with that, but I'm never comfortable with that. I just don't understand what they gain by adding that no KYC word, even though they own a licence and may end up asking for documents in special cases. So, I believe rather than creating trust they end up creating confusions among the users with this. It just gives users more concerns over using their platform.

but I can confirm that it is 100% true: our bonuses have no wagering requirements. As stated on our official website, we believe in transparency and real rewards.
Since this is your official site and you claim to believe in transparency and genuine rewards, we appreciate that, but it is a bit disappointing that you could not spend a small amount to design the ANN properly. I have explored your site and overall everything looks fine and good but I was expecting that you would at least purchase a Copper membership and publish a well-presented ANN.

Don't play here, they are the follow-up from scam site Betmoco. They will operate for a few weeks and then run with your deposits.
If this turns out to be a follow-up of Betmoco, then it may not be able to go very far. They are claiming to be fully regulated and are presenting their KYC services in a convincing way but it would not be wise to move into any payment with them right now, especially since we recently saw the Betmoco scandal. Overall, everything should be handled with caution so that no problem will arise. On the other hand, until any clear scandal comes in front of us, we cannot make any final judgment about them.

How did you so proactively linked them to scam site like Betmoco? Played there several times, deposits were fast, withdrawals a bit delayed (which I do not have an issue with) but they always came. As long as you do not try to cheat them everything is good. Maybe you were the scammer trying the abuse the system? Smiley

GeerieErik needs to provide some proof so we can tell whether this is a real accusation against the casino or just an assumption. Just because a casino is new and doesn’t require KYC, like that scam casino Betmoco that was mentioned before, doesn’t automatically make it a scam.

It’s understandable that people are being cautious. New casinos usually get scrutinized, especially in this space. But if someone is going to raise a serious claim, it shouldn’t be based only on suspicion. Without evidence, it’s hard to take it as more than a guess.

You should provide substantial evidence because branding every new casino as affiliated to scam casino will discourage legit business to promote in the forum.

It’s good to be vigilant against new casino but we shouldn’t jump into assumption that they are scam even without any sign or action that will lead to that outcome.

I’m interested to know your basis with this accusation. I still don’t rule out that Betmoco will just setup another new casino to scam again.

I get the precautions, but this isn't the right way to about it as some posters above already suggested. No crypto gambling site deserves to be blamed without adequate proof. 5bet definitely have displayed some red flags here and there, but we cannot call them a scam outright.

They have a proper verified license and seem like one of those sites that didn't do a lot of research before launching here in this forum.

Hey everyone, Cheesy

Thanks to everyone who’s taken the time to share their views.

We understand that as a newer platform, some of you are cautious, especially with comparisons being made to other brands. That’s fair. In crypto, trust is earned, not assumed.

At the same time, we truly appreciate those who’ve approached the discussion with balance and fairness. Constructive feedback helps us improve. Blanket scam accusations without evidence do not move the conversation forward.

To be clear:
  • We are a regulated platform.
  • Withdrawals are processed carefully and efficiently. Most are completed within minutes, with a maximum timeframe of 24 hours.
  • Our support team is available to assist, and you can always request a human agent if you prefer that over AI.

We are building this long term. That means improving mechanics, refining rewards, and listening to real player feedback as we grow.
So let’s turn the discussion into something productive.

What matters most to you in a crypto casino?
Games? Cashback? Transparent rewards? Fair challenges? Fast withdrawals?

If something feels missing, tell us. If something can be improved, say it. That is how better platforms are built.

You are welcome to explore the site in demo mode at no cost, test the experience, speak to support, and decide for yourself.

If you want direct updates and open discussion, join our Telegram community 👉️https://t.me/official5bet 👈️. That is where we interact most closely with players and share exclusive opportunities.

This is just the beginning, and we are here to build properly.

- same writing style with parts in bold
- exact same timeline which matches with when Betmoco went offline
- exact same no KYC promises
- the reports of some small payments say nothing, as Betmoco started off the same way too

The only thing that could speak in their favour is their supposed license. But Betmoco also fabricated an honest looking license badge. When I saw that one I believed it too.
So is there any way to verify with Anjouan Licensing that 5bet is actually licensed? Because the company name on the license seal looks very dodgy to me already. What kind of a name is "3-102-938336 SRL" ?
