But hey in my opinion 1 confirmation is enouch since bitcoin itself need atleast 10 minutes to found a block
Incorrect. It's not that it always takes at least 10 minutes to find a block. A new bitcoin block is found approximately every 10 minutes on average. A new block may be found in a few seconds and it's also possible that it takes more than for miners to find a new block. I'm curious, what are the reasons why some got some higher confirmations? I also noticed this is most exchanges, like before your deposit appear,s they cut off confirmations. Is there any chance your transaction will be cancelled or fail?

I am not sure I am understanding you correctly. Are you asking why some exchanges require more confirmations to credit deposits? If so, that's just because there is no number of confirmations that makes a transaction 100% final. Some exchanges require 2 confirmations and some may require more. Is there any chance your transaction will be cancelled or fail?
Bitcoin transactions can't be cancelled on their own. As long as a bitcoin transaction is valid, any miner can include it in the blockchain. If a transaction is unconfirmed, it can be invalidated by the sender and that's why you shouldn't accept unconfirmed transactions. If a transaction has received a single confirmation, it means that it has been included in the blockhchain, but it's still recommended to wait for more confirmations especially in the case of receiving a large amount of funds.

There are few centralised exchanges that will make your bitcoin transaction available for trading after one confirmation, you will be able to trade and do other things except withdrawal.
That's not the best example to give. OP could understand it to mean that it is okay to receive funds or payment directly into a centralized exchange, which is not the case. Receiving funds directly into a custodial platform means you run the risk of the funds being confiscated by the platform. generally older money is safer money, if it's been in my wallet for a week and i use it to pay you with, it's not going to really be in any sort of flux.
How long your UTXO have been in your wallet (as the sender) does not matter in this situation. The risk here is double spending and that's why for large amounts it is advisable to wait for at least 3 to 6 other block confirmations after the one your transaction was confirmed in, in order to close the deal.

After several years have past is it still the same that 1 confirmation on Bitcoin transaction isn't enough? Assuming someone paid me in Bitcoin for something and all I get is 1 confirmation is it enough to start moving on and say yes I have received, you can go.
Also is it still possible that. 1 confirmation transaction can still be reversed? I have read this online that it was a big problem at one time, but I can't tell if this is still a thing today because fewer upgrades have been applied to Bitcoin network in this past years.
Is this still a thing ? Yes, it is and it will always be. In theory it is always possible to perform a 51% attack on transactions with a single confirmation and it keeps getting harder as the number of confirmations increases. But practically speaking, we need a huge amount of resources to do this and that involves a huge amount of investment. On top of that, reversing that transaction won't be of any profit to the person doing it.

If one confirmation were to be enough, centralised exchange would not halt any internal transaction, such as withdrawal, for instance, when one sends a volume of their bitcoin to the centralised exchange, upon one confirmation, one can trade it for usdt but can not withdraw that same amount from the exchange if they have nothing already deposited in their account til it exceeds two confirmation to the number of confirmations as stipulated on the exchange ToS withdrawal policy. This has happened several times on the Binance exchange, which shows that 1 confirmation is still not enough for a safe transaction.

Even if you can't wait for three confirmations, at least wait for the second one. That's a better assurance in a way than just a single confirmation. Though I know some wallets will show incoming transactions even without a second confirmation. I can't remember that particular wallet now. I used it in the past. No one should be on a hurry while running transactions. Patience is key here as it helps us avoid unnecessary mistakes. On Cexs, if it's not up to three confirmations it doesn't show up. So, I won't advise anyone to rely on screenshots that it has been sent. They should wait until there's a sign of an incoming transaction at their own end.

I am not sure I got your part of cut off the confirmation part but most of the exchanges will show incoming tansaction but the balance will be updated only when there is enough confirmation reached, some have 2,3 and 6, depending on which exchange. Unconfirmed transactions can be double-spent back to the origin or a different destination so crypto platforms are not ready to take any risk and they removed instant deposit feature for a very long time now like casinos which accepted unconfirmed deposits once.

I don’t think that’s the type of scenario OP is making reference to; the OP means that can Bitcoin transaction be reversed even after one confirmation in the blockchain? I think it is not enough to rely on completely, but I don’t think it can easily be reversed since it has already been included in the block, it will only need more confirmations to be spendable that was the reason why exchanges credited the receiving wallet but stop them from spending the Bitcoin until more confirmations are been made in the blockchain.

Immediately it's one confirmation then know that it would be that hard to be reversed or recovered and of course, there have been updates where you wouldn't be that charged higher for a transaction, which could be within 0.1$ or even 1 sat/vbyt and currently even 0 Sat do confirmed transactions. This is the reason why you must confirm on the address you are sending out for payment, otherwise if you send the wrong address it could be that hard for you to restore back your transactions immediately it's 1 confirmed on the blockchain.

0 sat? No. This is wrong. Miners don't include transactions paying zero fee normally. In the past months, many nodes have been accepting transactions with the fee rate of less than 1 sat/vbyte, but they are still rejecting transactions paying less than 0.1 sat/vbyte as fee.

But checking from mempool.space you would normally see priorities.. 0 Sat, 0.2 Sat, 0.5sat and finally the most priority is 2 sat.

You can't get confirmation for a zero fee transaction normally. Zero fee transactions are non-standard and are rejected by the nodes. If you see a zero fee transaction in the blockchain, either it's the mining pool's own transaction or someone has sent it to the mining pool directly. But checking from mempool.space you would normally see priorities.. 0 Sat, 0.2 Sat, 0.5sat and finally the most priority is 2 sat.
Again wrong. Mempool.space never suggests less than 0.1 sat/vbyte.

Having multiple ways to confirm is an authentication by the main user. I consider it convenient to arrange the security of transactions in multiple layers. There should be no problem other than some time spent on the server in the transaction. A similar method has been used in Bitcoin transactions from the past to the present because blockchain technology is individual and innovative in keeping a record of transactions.

Multiple ways to confirm? Can you please mention those multiple ways? What do you mean by " authentication by the main user"? Who is the main user? Can you please elaborate more on this? There should be no problem other than some time spent on the server in the transaction.
Server? What do you mean by the server? Do you mean mempool?
