What coin or token is suitable for the long term? I mean the long term 2030.
What is your opinion anout the following list?

1- Tron (TRX)
2- Sonic (S)
3- Plasma (XPL)
4- Sui (SUI)
5- SEI (Sei)
6- Aptos (APT)

Any idea welcomed.

These coins you listed above aren't good for long term investment because they are altcoin which can disappoint you anytime, there are stories of people who lost big amount of money through altcoin investment, and some people couldn't handle the lost so they committed suicide to ease the pressure on them. If you are looking for a coin to invest on for the long term, I will advise you to go for bitcoin because it has little risk and the chances of your losing your money is slim.

Almost all these tokens are good to hold in a long term but we should already have it in mind that holding altcoins do not guaranteed long term profits. You can hold Bitcoin on a long term purpose than depending on holding altcoins this far.
We have seen frequent occasions when Bitcoin starts pumping, most altcoins were still dominant. No need to put all hope on these altcoins but to hold them in carefulness and be ready to sell at anytime when price looks like it's going to crash. When holding altcoins, it's is good when the dev of an altcoin project is known so that if anything happens to the project, the dev of the project can be sued for market manipulation and rug pull.

So far, IMO and base don my experience, the altcoins I find most worthwhile and promising for the long term are BNB, ETH, and SOL. While there's no guarantee for the future, at least these three altcoins have strong fundamentals to survive and rise again. But, of course, DYOR again.

I'm still holding TRX from several years ago, since the last bear market. However, my concern is that TRX's price hasn't risen that fast. So, if you're hoping to get high returns from TRX with a high ATH, it seems a bit lacking.

I have no idea about the other altcoins you listed.

There are not many options in alt markets, if you are planning to invest for long term. The best option in crypto market for long term is still Bitcoin only. If you are investing in alts then be aware that they will move only in case price of Bitcoin moves up and vice versa. The three alt  coins you have mentioned are good for long term investment because they are among top alts listed on CMC and have good market cap along with community. If you are investing in alt then choosing the right alt is the biggest challenge, many make mistake of choosing alts with low price and low market cap. Such coins only give profit to their founders not to their investors.

I think it's because the OP is looking for massive gains rather than just solid returns. Because 5 of 6 altcoin he mentioned have significantly smaller market caps than the leading altcoins you referred to. 

Sui, Sei, Apt và Xpl are all Layer 1 blockchains, but they are still relatively new projects, so their future remains highly uncertain, and no one really knows how they will turn out. Meanwhile, Sonic is the rebranded Fantom, and it has become outdated and no longer as appealing as it once was. Finally, TRX, a name that is familiar to almost everyone, but as we all know, it is not a coin with much upside in terms of potential returns.

From my investment perspective, none of them are worth holding until the next market cycle.

I'm also of the opinion that if we're talking about altcoins that can survive on the long term that we should have started with the top altcoins that we believe have the most potentials and they are none other than Ethereum, BNB and Solana, these are coins that you can hold and be quite hopeful. Aside from Bitcoin which is on a class of it's own these three that we mentioned are the ones that tops my altcoins list, although there is no guarantee of sure profit on the long term for any cryptocurrency. The best we can do is DYOR and use amounts that we can afford to lose to buy so that if they're not bullish in bull run we won't over worry ourselves because if we can afford to lose them.

I would rather go for more trustworthy altcoins, the ones which are second to bitcoin in my opinion and they are none other than the top altcoins including ETH, SOL, BNB and XRP. These are like might alternative option if I want to invest long time in an altcoin. Especially Ethereum and Solana. They look like the two most reliable altcoins for a long time now. As to wether there is any form of guarantee to your investment, I can't vouch for such for these coins but as for the Bitcoin, you can always count on it and it should always m.ake.the first in the list then if you have interest in diversifying then you can start thinking about these above mentioned altcoins.

If you keep all these coins for a long time, there will be more losses than gains. If you want to make yourself more suitable, you need to change your investment strategy, maybe you are a new investor that is why you plan to hold it till 2030. But if you have to hold it till 2030 then you should hold Bitcoin, 70 percent of your total invested capital will be invested in Bitcoin.
And out of the remaining 30% of the money, 10% you will keep to face any risks, and the remaining 20 percent you can invest in unique coins, this is according to your ability.

If you keep all these coins for a long time, there will be more losses than gains. If you want to make yourself more suitable, you need to change your investment strategy, maybe you are a new investor that is why you plan to hold it till 2030.

If you hold coin like this, don’t be surprise that some of them might dump and will never recover again. We are currently in the bear market, and we going to see lots of coins die during this period, we going to see some shitcoins die during this period. If anyone is investing in any coin, then make sure you are investing in strong coins, if you don’t want bitcoin investment, then go for strong altcoins, but I will tell you that bitcoin investment is just the best investment which you can make.
 
Even if you choose to invest in top altcoins, they can still disappoint us later in the future, their is no altcoin that’s reliable, anyone can fail us, but it’s just better we go for top altcoins because they are better than all this shitcoins we find in the market now.

I don’t usually recommend holding altcoin for long, if you want to hold crypto for long, but Bitcoin, but as for Altcoin, you can just buy and hold u till you are in profit then sell once and wait for another opportunity to buy back when the price no is low. You can also decide to hold some noticeable altcoins like ETH, BNB, and so on, but you can’t be rest assured that your money is safe because it’s not guaranteed that’s why it is risky.
But as far as for me, I will prefer to keep adding Bitcoin to my portfolio and trade other altcoins, because it is risky and you can’t get your money back once it’s gone by liquidation in the case of crypto trading; therefore, the best thing to do is to buy and hold Bitcoin.
