I usually never send my answers till I see some action and gather some race data beforehand and it'll be in my favour timezone wise so theres no rush for me to submit early plus I can gain some kind of advantage by waiting till the Sprint to see how some drivers will do.

I don't want to have any last-minute oversights, so I’m sending this in today. On another note, the tie-breaker criterion—as you’ve updated it—sounds interesting +1; perhaps it could be changed for every race  (team). My first three picks were easy, but the last one is tough to choose. I hope it works out—that’s where the points to win the round are. Although, it looks like none of them (Pick 4) might actually score any points. GL/All

I think about that for a second but i also find that it could be bad since most of the teams are not reliable at all so maybe they are gonna end with 0 points or something like that, if i do that is gonna only be between the top teams like Ferrari, McClaren , Mercedes, and if they improve for real RedBull, but until now i want to see how much dispertion we have in the numbers and how good it ended up working.

I share the same opinion. I also always wait with my predictions until I have some data, because this year it is really difficult to evaluate. With the longer breaks, teams or manufacturers have more time to work on updates and improvements, and the field is much closer overall this year. In previous years, there were usually one or two manufacturers that were completely dominant, which made predictions a bit easier.

About news or better to say in this case "rumours" what do you think about the idea of Ocon being replaced by Doohan, i find it crazy and a complete no sense if HAAS finally made the move, i dont like Ocon but replacing him by Dohan seems like a mistake unless HAAS needs money and Dohan can bring it.

As far as that news/rumour is concerned I haven't heard or read anything about it, it won't matter much to me cause I don't mess with that team much anyway.

Today is Wednesday yet I got ahead and made my decisions, saw also we had an added options beside the usual Tier 1 to Tier 4 which I think can add some spice in here. Canada is a straight forward race which I think either Mercedes or McLaren can win based on their performance in the last race. I choose Russell over Antonelli for the simple reason that he loves this track and in theory should do better. No need to wait and see some action for me because we more or less know how good each car is and this format does not need to watch free practices like needed in previous pools.

Yes we all know HAAS is more a always medium team or better to call a "filled team" in which you never are gonna have high hopes of seeing them making some big impacts in the season and less thinking about them fighting for the championship but aside of that i cant believe the moves in some teams.

Im gonna wait to see some of the action to take a call in my mid tier drivers, about picking Antonelli and Russel at the very start of the season it was "easy" to pick Russel over Antonelli but right now Antonelli is starting to put so much doubt in our heads.

Almost that time guys one more day till the weekend and we get free practice tomorrow and sprint qualifying can't wait its been too long, but anyway we gonna check out and see who made more improvements and who to watch out for in the money tiers aka the lower tiers cause the top is pretty much accounted for most times already, the last two are always key to watch out for.

Not only that my friend, we are now heading towards the world cup but after it...... its gonna be a total empty space in our lives and the unique contest running is gonna be this one (aside of the BSFL of course).

The Mercedes team has been incredibly dominant this week, that lead is insane. I’m curious to see if they’ll maintain that lead in the race, but we’ll get a glimpse of that in the sprint race and see if they can hold onto it over the full race distance.

I’ve already submitted my answers, but when it comes to Mercedes total points, does the fastest lap of the race count as one point? I’m guessing so, right?

Thanks for the reminder. Completely forgot about the need to make a forecast here, and I haven't even had time to check the bookmakers' opinions at work (geoblocks, VPN complaints, etc.), but I just made a prediction.
By the way, now I'm not sure if I even gave my name  In general, if someone made a prediction 5 minutes ago from this post and did not indicate their nickname, then it was me. But it seems to me that I indicated the name (I just doubt it), and other participants did too.
