This is a lending board that involves Bitcoin transactions. Anything to do with an altcoin will mean that you have to move your thread to Marketplace (altcoins)
Secondly, the lending business needs to be as transparent as possible to avoid trust farming and scams and to enable easy dispute resolution. So requesting for loans or giving out loans via PMs is not advisable.

The thread title says up to 10,000 USD, but your post text refers only to tokens.  Which is it?  A little clarity goes a long way.

Loan on ETH-based tokens? Who will suffer the loss when the value of the token drops below what it was before your time of giving it out, or is the repayment going to be calculated based on the volume of the token given and not the USD value? Your loan offer is not clear; you should add more details.

And like others have said, it's risky for you to enter into a loan deal in private. In case of default, everyone needs details before they will know who is lying between you and the borrower unless you have something to hide that makes you want to keep things private.
